It is a big and remote place. Nothing eround, just some willas. Breakfast is just ok. Nothing exiting. Staff was uninterested. No good coffee or tea. Just instand coffee and tea bags.

Poor customer Service and outdated Hotel
First this hotel is NO WAY 4/5 Star. It’s very Outdated. We booked 2 Executives rooms and on arrival, rooms were not ready. Reception advisors were blaming last night event. My query was can understands Hotel was busy last night, checkout time was 12 and we reached at the hotel at 1800, so why rooms are not still ready so it was a lie. They did not even bothered to offer us a welcome drink which was even part of our booking. During my stay I have requested 4 times that small fridges in the rooms are not working but until we left the hotel, no one visited to fix the issue and it was very disappointing and was not expected that sort of behaviour.

Staff are ignorant to requests even the simple ones. I have to call 3-4 times every time I request something and even when it comes finalise it will be missing components. Examples: I call for ice to be sent in a regular container ( the one used for wine bottles) and the guy (said his name is Ahmed) say we don’t have any and I will bring you ice in 2 cups instead and if you need cold water put water in the minifridge. This happens every-time I call for ice. Should call at least 3 times to get 2 small cups. Appetisers sent missing 2 Items and called 2 times but they never send. When I call for towels they send me 2 small ones after 3-4 calls and ignore me when I request more. The outside is very dirty. Will never go back there for sure.

Hotel fica numa área muito nova do Cairo, parte boa é que é perto do aeroporto (reservei 1 diária lá justamente por ter um voo muito cedo no outro dia). Chegando lá tivemos que procurar os funcionários da recepção, que lá não se encontravam. Quarto espaçoso, com pé direito duplo. Ar condicionado capenga, mesmo na maior potência não gelava o quarto.

El hotel es muy bello, grande y moderno, los empleados son amables, la comida sabrosa y variada. No me gustó que en el baño el área de la regadera no estaba limpia, tenía hongos negros al rededor, y la terraza con mucho polvo en el suelo, les hace falta supervisión en cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, también había fuga de agua constante en el sanitario, en un hotel de esta clase no esperas encontrar estas fallas. Lo informamos al gerente e inmediatamente mandaron revisar, espero lo hayan solucionado.
