Beautiful clean hotel, very helpful and pleasant staff. Unsecured car parking was available in front of the hotel (very rare in Cairo). The roof where breakfast is served has excellent views of the pyramids. The hotel is convenient for the pyramids and the new Cairo museum, but far from the city centre.

The hotel is located in a busy area but overall has a great view of the pyramids. The staff are friendly and housekeeping goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel. Their rooftop is breathtaking.

Mohammed and the staff were super attentive, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious everyday. As I traveled with my sister only, they made us feel safe and comfortable. Only issues was WIFI it was constantly in and out. Overall the staff and view made the perfect stay.

Lovely staff that could not have been more helpful. Do not be put off by the area the hotel is in or first appearances, there are a lot of stairs and no lift but the view from the roof bar/restaurant is stunning and needs to be seen at sunset. I was travelling solo and felt very safe in the hotel, the room was cleaned daily and no request was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and the showers rooms were very clean and warm. For the amount I paid per night I could not fault it.
