I stayed for a night with my family. The locations was perfect to visit Pyramids and easy to find. Check in was also smooth, staff were all nice and friendly. We arrived late at night but they were waiting for welcoming us. Beds were arranged neat, there were enough towels and toiletries. Shower booth is tight but there was no issue to have a shower but make sure, give some break between if you are more than two to take a shower. The view from the rooftop and having breakfast with an amazing view was also wonderful. (Breakfast was super and big portion. He offered us assistance and help with all our needs. We felt very good with him, we consider him to be the most honest and kind person in the hotel. I wish everyone in Egypt were like Mohamed. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or spa service. Please note that the free transfer service can only be used once. The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff is very kind in helping to carry all the suitcases to the rooms. The wifi internet works very well. And the breakfast is abundant and complete. Every day they offer you free bottled water, coffee and tea in the rooms. The hotel is located right in front of the pyramids, so I recommend walking to visit. It is not necessary to hire a car.
