"Although the amenities were great in the room, the staff didn’t clean the balcony y on a daily basis or the floors in the washrooms unless they were specifically asked to do so. Also during my 8 day stay I never enjoyed a warm shower let alone a hot shower, the water was always cold. The bar is totally over priced, I used a few drinks, some nuts and chips and was charged 175$ American which is gouging in my opinion. Otherwise the staff downstairs were all helpful and respectful."
"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax after a busy day."
"The Marriott Mena House is truly the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The view of the pyramids is breathtaking and we absolutely loved the amenities they had. Every staff member we met was extremely kind and hospitable, the daily breakfast was amazing - the spread they had was extensive and we were able to try different foods each day. Additionally, the hotel restaurant had live music nightly which we could hear from the balcony of our room, it was incredible and very romantic. The hotel spa was private and required reservations to utilize, which was another highlight. We were able to enjoy massages and time in the jacuzzi facing the courtyard to ourselves, and it allowed us to unwind after trekking the pyramids all day. The hotel concierge also set up our pyramids visit and got us the nicest tour guide and secured our tickets for us to prevent any misunderstandings or hiccups. The staff heard we were celebrating our honeymoon and decorated our room for us, and left us a little cake to have after our long day of sightseeing. We loved every moment of our visit and we were so sad to leave! We can't wait to return with our families someday :)"
"I usually stay here once a year and they never disappoint. They were also able to accommodate my schedule after my flight was delayed! Always recommend!"
"Excellent service as you would expect, spacious rooms and comfortable surroundings. Excellent value for money, furnishings in the room a little dated but beds were comfortable and room was clean."
