Inside, the apartment is designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and flows to a private balcony overlooking the tropical grounds – perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.   
  
The two bedrooms are generously sized, both with sliding robes for easy storage. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the second bathroom features modern fittings and a shower, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together.  
  
Resort-style extras bring a touch of leisure to your stay: take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the spa, or fire up the BBQ for a relaxed dinner in the tropical gardens. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.   
  
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.  
  
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.   
  
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.  
  
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.  
  
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
