There was also an infestation of Cockroaches. Whilst the response to this issue was prompt, the cleaner that attended only wiped a few surfaces and swept up the terminated bugs. The washing machine did not work. The smoke detector went off even though the exhaust fan was on, the main fan was switched on and the doors were open. The fob for the private car park was missing and we eventually located it at the Mantra reception desk, where it had been for several weeks.
