Location is ideal for many tourist areas, central to daintree river and the tablelands plus close to beach and restaurants. We did have a problem with numerous cockroaches and lots of small ants especially in kitchen. I bought a can of spray to solve the problem temporarily. Also toilet lid is cracked in one bathroom and shower taps need washers replaced as they both leak. Although unit was clean enough the balcony was filthy, looked like it needs a good scrub and hose down, apart from this was in good spot within walking distance to beach and small shopping centre.
