Die Wohnung war, entsprechend der Beschreibung im Internet, perfekt und umfangreich ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was in einer Ferienwohnung möglich ist. Alles war äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön und auch der Außenbereich mit dem Garten, der Sitzecke und dem schönen Naturbadeteich ist wirklich liebevoll angelegt. Das Vermieterpaar sowie die beiden Kinder waren stets freundlich und Frau Raffl gab jederzeit gerne Tips zu verschiedenen Ausflügen und Wanderungen. Der Brötchendienst klappte tadellos. Der Blick auf die herrliche Natur von der Terrasse aus ist einmalig, auch der Service (am morgen Brötchen usw.)lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für die, die auf Internet und TV nicht verzichten wollen oder können wird alles geboten. Das überaus gut ausgebaute Nahverkehrsnetz bringt einen von der ländlichen Idylle innerhalb einer Viertelstunde in die Kurstadt Meran und deren historisch wie landschaftlich einzigartiges Umland. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat trafen voll und ganz zu. Die Wohnung war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut eingeteilt. Bei Bedarf konnten wir die Vermieter um ihren Rat fragen. Das Appartment ist äußerst gepflegt und die Betreuung durch die Familie war perfekt. Die Appartmentgröße ist für 2 Personen die ihren Urlaub gemeinsam verbringen möchten geradezu ideal. Die Lage von Kuens im Passeiertal ermöglicht es, sich den Urlaub in einen gesunden Mix aus Besuchen der Stadt Meran sowie der umliegenden Bergwelt zu gestalten. Durch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Busverkehr sind die meisten Ziele in klimatisierten Linienbussen zu erreichen. Es können aber auch interessante Ziele rund um Kuens in kleineren Wanderungen zu Fuß erreicht werden (Meran in ca. 60 min) Wir können dieses Domizil nur weiter empfehlen. ##### Rainer J. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht über den ausgezeichneten Zustand und die gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung Palme. Alle was im Internet stand, stimmt aufs Wort. Auch der Name der Wohnung ist berechtigt, den man kann die Palme vor dem Balkon fast mit den Händen berühren. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht, die gesamte Einrichtung ist in handwerklich bester Qualität ausgeführt. Die Gatsgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Appartment mit einer Ausstattung, die in Umfang und Qualität sehr gut ist. Ein geräumiges Bad, hell und warm, mit großem Spiegel. Gute Betten, super Matrazzen. Und über dem Bett direkt auf die Wand gemalt ein Bild, das dem Raum eine persönliche Note gibt. Der Balkon ist groß und mit Stühlen und Liegen gut ausgestattet. Ein netter Vermieter, der auch an kleine Dinge denkt. Der Probleme löst und aufmerksam ist, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage ist trotz der nahen Strasse ruhig. In etwa einer Stunde ist man zu Fuss in Meran und da kann man noch zwischen verschiendenen Routen wählen. Auf beiden Seiten des Tales kann man kilometerlang auf Waalwegen laufen... Etwas über ein Kilometer entfernt, im nächsten Ort ein Supermarkt (M-Markt) mit einem umfassenden Angebot an Lebensmitteln usw. Etwa 300 Meter entfernt ein kleinerer Laden mit ein Grundversorgungsangebot. ##### Martin L.
