Seven Stars Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel, staff and restaurants were fantastic. This resort came highly recommended and lived up to its expectations."

Ocean Club East, Grace Bay Beach
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I got married 2 days before arriving here. Our honeymoon stay was amazing. The employees were super nice, everything was clean and well maintained. We originally got put in a less updated room, which we didn’t have any issues with, but I spoke with the manager Vanessa and she was so extremely helpful on getting us a more updated unit very quickly. She is the best. The restaurant and bar Cabana grill right on the property was delicious and convenient, we ate here probably 3x because of how nice it was to not have to leave the beach. There is another beach bar/restaurant a short walk away as well that was so good. The only thing I would love to see added here is a hot tub! After getting good sun all day long, sometimes the night can feel a bit chilly. Obviously this is not as necessary as a pool lol the pools were very clean and just perfect spots to relax at. I will book here again for sure. Thank you ocean club east for making our honeymoon so great!"

Ports of Call Resort
4/10 Poor
"Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. The cleaners were really nice. The lady in the kitchen very nice. The young man at the front desk very nice. Big improvements needed by ladies front staff and bar server. Check-in and check out very poor service. The breakfast not the best. Little bugs walking by the cut fruit that didn’t want to teat any of it. The water available all day was nice and thoughtful. There was only 40% and they didn’t even offer to upgrade the room. Not caring workers. When asked to call our shuttle, it was a noticeable bother. She was not really wanting to help. I can’t stress how they need better training."

The Sands at Grace Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Nice and clean. Transferred room to a elevator room because the steps were too much"

West Bay Club
8/10 Good
"Both bars need to be upgraded and expanded and the snorkeling gear doesn’t function well."

Windsong on the Reef
8/10 Good
"This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort was very clean, rooms were large, and staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to the airport and local activities, and the beach at this property was nice!"

The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos
10/10 Excellent
"Over it was a magical experience!!!!!"

The Tides Grace Bay
10/10 Excellent
"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min walk. Bay Bistro is right behind Tides and has some amazing food. Brenda the Manager, is a JOY. The grounds crew worked effortlessly to keep the property looking nice. More so due to the debris from the construction of the new hotel behind it. But the crew did an amazing job while we were there. No it is not an all inclusive but it is a PERFECT getaway spot for Turks. The room was stunning, and I cant stress this enough. The interior was calming, minimalistic and welcoming. I checked out a bike and rode to the store to stock the fridge for our stay to ease spending of restaurant food. The bike ride was about 7min each way. Oh if you arrive early you have to check out the Thursday Fish Fry. So good. Its walking distance from the hotel (literally down the street)."
