Casa d'arte vintage L&B - 170 meters from Pepe in grani

Delicious apartment furnished with vintage chic style in the historic center of Caiazzo, on the central Via Egizi 21, 170 meters from the pizzeria Pepe in Grani. Especially suitable for a couple or group of friends. Two bedrooms with double beds. Isolated from noise by the large medieval courtyard and offers all the comforts of a fairly large apartment. Italian breakfast, 360 degree instruction for the apartment and more.

Space:
The cozy and warm environment of the house, the comfortable double bed, the functional kitchen, the cozy bathroom. Great for a pleasant stay for guests.

Access for guests :
The inviting environment to stay in a perfect place, you can spend part of your time in the garden surrounded by greenery. In addition there is a small wine bar to welcome guests with the opportunity to relax and devote part of his holiday to reading a good book.

We planned this trip around a visit to Pepi in Grani and could not have chosen a more perfect spot! The apartment was perfectly positioned, charming and comfortable. We enjoyed afternoon wine in the private garden surrounded by fruit trees (eat an orange...they are delicious). Anna was accessible for questions at any time

This is without a doubt the PEFECT place to stay in when coming to dine at Pepe in Grani, or visiting Caiazzo. The owner, Anna, has thoughfully arranged the house so that you will feel like you're staying in your own home. It is super clean and has a great artistic 'Bohemian chic' design. You will find everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Anna is the PERFECT host. She is so very kind and helpful. My trip to Caiazzo would not have been the same without her. She helped me to have the a better time than I had imagined. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate Anna and her place 10 Stars!! Grazie tante Anna!!
