Yes staff was welcoming. Room was clean and rooftop breakfast was wonderful. Just a very noisy street with people yelling in the middle of the night and garbage truck arrived at 3:45 am! Loud! Terrific location though

Wonderful. A few weird things to note. No AC and temp controls in the room. Was uncomfortable. External noise . Location not great - area around hotel is dead.

Disappointing. The room was lovely as well as the pools however sadly the staff were not friendly as mentioned in other reviews and we often felt ignored or like they were not interested.
