The semi-detached apartment is located in the historic district of Villanova bordering the other historic district of Castello. Ideal for those who love to play sports as it is bordered by a green area and very close to the museums and monuments (on average about 5 minutes on foot) of the city, it consists of a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a total of 120 square meters. . The advantage of the house is also to have two terraces for a total of other 45 square meters in which it is possible to stay being equipped
