great hotel in cagliari
staff extremely friendly and welcoming. they stored our bike suitcases for 3 weeks without a fee. the restaurant was great; breakfast was very good, with a large variety of offerings. location was very convenient, and the hotel was easy to find.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city.
Lovely charming hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. Its a 30 second walk from the main restaurant scene yet far enough away that its peaceful at night. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This was our first experience of a hotel-based holiday with the family and Hotel Flora was the perfect spot for a city-based experience. The staff we're so welcoming, friendly and helpful. When a few things went wrong with the facilities, those were fixed quickly and when we wanted help with arranging excursions or advice on somewhere to eat, we got some really good recommendations. The rooms (junior suite) were impressive with a good lounge space on one level and a separate bedroom up above with a spacious and well equipped bathroom. The hotel was also very close to the train station and bus terminals (walking distance), giving easy access to the local beaches and beyond. Breakfast came with the room and there was a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast available. We also ate once at the restaurant, which was a super experience, the food was great and service excellent. Truly a lovely stay, great value and thoroughly recommended.

Excellent hotel in Cagliari centro. Easy 12 minute drive to the airport. Very clean and well maintained with a friendly helpful staff. I’ve stayed here 5 or 6 times on the last day in Sardinia to be able to catch an early flight from CAG. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location close to a main area with lists of restaurants however the experience could have been more pleasant. The front desk refused to give us any information regarding restaurants in town. We just came from the airport and we’re very thirsty and asked for water she said that we can find it in the room for a cost . No upgrades or perks in the VIP status. The first impression set the tone so I don’t plan on going back , maybe your experience will be better.

Dear Gabriela, I am sorry for your disappointment, and I am sorry that your stay has not been to your liking. I would just like to point out a few things:I would never have refused to give advices on Restaurants in the area. I remember I mentioned that near the hotel and in the City of Cagliari, there are way too many Restaurants and that it is difficult to suggest the best ones. I remember well, having seen your VIP Status, that I have offered to upgrade you to a superior room, which we only had available for the first night, and that for the following day you would have had to change room, as the hotel was fully booked, but you didn't accept. As for water, you asked where you could get some, and I simply informed you that the Minibar was available in the room, and to your question I replied that the bottle of water had a cost of 1 euroI just want to remark that one of our strong points is courtesy and kindness towards the guestRegards

Hotel Flora is in a great location in Cagliari, close to all the sights. Best of all is their staff from the front desk to the dining room, we got the best reception. Our room was very comfortable with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety to satisfy any picky eater. We had dinner 2 out of the 3 nights we were in Cagliari and throughly enjoyed the dishes prepared for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Great hotel at a great price.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We upgraded to a suite with a balcony and it actually had two balconies. Both of them had fantastic views stretching all the way to the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything you may want to do is right there. Fantastic food options within walking distance and close to everything including the train from the airport. Beautiful hotel well appointed with antiques and local flavor. Really great spot to stay in cagliari.

Excellent customer service, clean and spacious room and bathroom, great shower, really comfortable bed. Air conditioner and fridge working well. Suggestion: electric kettle and coffee/tea in the rooms for self-service. Good breakfast and restaurant (dinner). Although it's very quiet, it is in a good location, close to many restaurants and pubs, and only a couple of minutes from the main bus station.

Lovely hotel, with period features and comfortable rooms. The staff are excellent, extremely professional and helpful. Elegant breakfast room and interiors, with good service. The hotel is very convenient in terms of walking distance to most major attractions in Cagliari, surrounded by restaurants and cafes and very near the station. Parking is available in the station. Cagliari is a fabulous city and well worth a stay being a hub for Sardinia, and best served with amazing museums, art galleries and historical attractions. Sardinia and it’s people are amazing, generous and friendly.

Nice room, spacious, quiet, very clean. Friendly, helpful service. Good location. Paid parking nearby, which is helpful because street parking is hard to find. Just be sure to reserve parking in advance with the front desk because it does fill up.

This hotel is a gem in the center of town. I have come here many times when spending a day in Cagliari before departing Sardegna. Very convenient to all things in the center of Cagliari yet less than a 15 minute drive to the airport. The breakfast is excellent. The room is immaculately clean, the hotel is well kept and the service is excellent.

Great location.
Parked a few blocks away in public parking at Rail Station, which was fine, easy, and €10 for the night. I verified upon check in that this was the best option. But then my room looked down on a hotel parking area with 8 spaces and there were only thee cars there all night. (?) They did pack me a nice breakfast take away since I had an early flight. Room was fine, but AC only worked with card in slot for electric and was old wall unit, cou D not cool off toon all night. Luckily the window opened and I got cool air that way since room stayed about 27 degrees no matter how low I set the thermostat.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel was full of character with some lovely finishing touches. The staff were faultless and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed there for our honeymoon and chose one of the split level Junior Suites with a spiral staircase leading to the sleeping area and 2nd bathroom. Very quirky and romantic. Plenty of space and a very airy suite. The location is 2 mins walk from the main restaurant strip and in the other direction, 2 mins walk to the main bus hub (perfect for visiting the fabulous beach at Poetto - 15 mins by bus). All in all, a very memorable holiday for all the right reasons.
