Enrico was very helpful, we had one issue in our 13 night stay that was resolved the next day (no one's fault). Access to the property was very easy and well explained. Everything was in good order. Great location between the city center and residential area. Easy enough to not rent a car if you don't want to leave the city -- but be sure to look up ZTL information & parking if you do. But there's two reasonably priced parking garages within a short walk if you rent a car without a ZTL pass. We were in the winter and didn't really use the upstairs terrace, but it looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, plenty of dishes and such if you prefer to cook. The only thing that was missing was some baking trays/dishes (and maybe a bigger moka pot). But we could have easily picked up a couple of disposable roasting pans if we'd needed to. The only "unpleasant" surprise we had was that the underfloor heating stopped just past the kitchen counter - the living room tiles were very cold on my unsuspecting feet! But after that I knew to wear thick socks to the couch. Overall, it was a nice place in a beautiful area of Cagliari. I would definitely check if it's available on our next trip to the city.
