The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Include: A bright and spacious double room with air conditioning, wardrobe and exposed stone details A second bedroom with a single bed, perfect for a child, a teenager or a single guest A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, moka pot, kettle and all essential accessories A comfortable bathroom with a shower, towels and toiletries provided Wi-Fi and air conditioning everywhere It is the ideal point for exploring Cagliari on foot and for returning home in the evening to a quiet and well-designed space where you can truly relax. To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax. The main bedroom is lovely and comfortable, just like in the photos, which made our stay pleasant overall.We did run into a few minor issues during our 5-night stay. Only two towels and one roll of toilet paper were provided, and when we requested additional supplies on day 4, they were delivered later that evening. Also, the restaurant across the street creates some nighttime noise, so light sleepers might find it challenging to rest before 1 a.m.Overall, it’s a very nice apartment in a convenient area — great especially if you enjoy being close to local dining and city life. ##### Kara B.
