Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those...

"My friend and I loved staying at DH Lawrence! The staff was lovely, our room was HUGE and we had a delicious breakfast every morning. The location is awesome and a short walk to tons of restaurants and shop (despite being uphill, but that’s Cagliari for you). The bar on the roof is great for an apertivo and has a nice view, just make sure to have a rez."
