"Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!"

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. Restaurant food was delicious and breakfast top class. "Reception folks were great, friendly, helpful, room was great. Location was very close to where we were doing business so that worked well. I would say the only downside really was the restaurant. We had a 4.5 h drive from Milan and arrived just before 9pm, last entry was 9:30 so we got there about 9:20, it just all felt a bit rushed and obviously kicking out time soon. The food was ok. Breakfast was the worst, there was virtually no choice, was really disappointing and i had 1 egg and 1 slice of bacon just to eat something, business partner had nothing as the choice was so poor. Overall - I would stay here again but probably would plan to have breakfast elsewhere and get to the restaurant sooner in the evening or eat out. "

"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
