Clean room and amazing venue- felt very special to stay in such a nice place. Was upgraded to famil apartment however this was looking old and tired, but very good space. Comfy bed and good heating. The day before we arrived we where asked via text if we need linen and towels. We said yes. The evening we arrived no towels or linen. We called the concierge contact he said sorry and he could not make it that evening so no sheets or towels, but next morning he will come early. So after a long day ...
