You’ll find a comfortable living area featuring a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, a separate half-bath, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance; the unit is on the ground floor. You can enter the apartment independently using a keybox with a code.

You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are provided).

The apartment features a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a high-quality mattress. The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom and features a walk-in shower and a sink.

Sheets are provided, as well as one bath towel per person, a tea towel, and a bath mat.

It’s best to get around on foot, since the apartment is located near all amenities (city centre, the port and Vaugueux areas, and universities).
The streets near the apartment have free parking spaces and/or blue-zone parking.

The Vaugueux area is a 3-minute walk from the apartment, as are the harbour and University Campus 1. Convenience stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, a delicatessen, a butcher shop, a bakery, a laundromat, and a thrift store are all right next to the apartment.

Blackout curtains are provided at every window, except for the living room window, which has shutters.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. The bedroom faces the courtyard, and the living room faces the street. The street is busy, with heavy traffic, especially during rush hour.

The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom, with no door or curtain. Of course, there is a door separating the bedroom from the rest of the apartment.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
