I sent several emails, and called vrbo customer service to report the the shower drain was clogged and water would flood the apartment. Property manager didn’t address my request to fix the shower until the next day and the AC three days after my check in, after I had already left the unit a day after my check in. I sent a video per vrbo request, the customer rep put me on hold for such a long time that the call got disconnected. After that no one called me back or replied my emails or vrbo messages. This is is my first time doing business with vrbo and certainly my last. The unit was a scam and vrbo is no better for promoting this type of scams.
