It’s always convenient to our hunting property, 12 minute walk to Tap House bar, blocks from the town of Lake City. Owners live down the street and are very responsive. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was 4 minutes from downtown Lake City and about 15 minutes from our hunting property. It was two of use who stayed there, and it was plenty of room. Check in/out was easy and the owners live nearby. So, no issues at all. I've been using VRBO in the last few years for some of these family trips to Lake City.
