Aparthotel Adagio Access Aix-en-Provence Université

8/10 Good
"It's a beautiful place. You can have a comfortable stay. There is no room service or housekeeping included so prepare to clean up your own space. No one even takes out the garbage. You need toilet paper? You go downstairs and get one from the front desk! During our stay there was a fire evacuation but we couldn't go downstairs because the emergency stairs were flooded! The staff were very polite and helpful though."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - just a stroll across the road into the main Street of the old town. Staff were friendly, helpful and charming. We had a room with a terrace which was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was kept superbly clean by the cleaners - thank you! Bathroom very nicely done and the toiletries smelt amazing. Area and hotel were very quiet for sleeping peacefully at night. We ate in the bistro one evening and the food was excellent; great selection at breakfast, also. Could not fault this hotel, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it."

"Classic small French room however big comfy beds in the double and the sofa bed. We did have to make up the double sofa bed but it was simple enough and having use of the sofa before hand was actually quite useful. Breakfast was excellent! Short walk from the hotel to bars and restraints and a lovely atmosphere. Supermarket 100m away on the corner. This was an overnight stay before flying out of Marseille Airport and worked perfectly. Had to ring to find the underground parking, however reception were incredibly helpful, especially with my lack of ability to speak very much French."
