The staff were brilliant -Sandro at breakfast and Maria Sara on reception, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Probably some others as well but I didn’t get the names.

Hotel felt a little shabby and in need of renovation. The walls between the rooms are paper thin so take earplugs. There were two front desk staff - one was nice and helpful, the other not. Location is very convenient and easy walking to the center of town. Breakfast is not great.

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

"The room was clean and the staff was fine. The hotel is modern for the europe standards. AC was fine. The hotel is just beside the train stattion so is convenient in many ways. .
