"Upon arrival on Tuesday after traveling all day the young gentleman that checked me in was not very inviting. He stands behind a plastic barrier ( COVID is over, or is there that much security needed)and speaks which is hard to understand. Next day needed extra key (Wednesday) and was met with middle aged man who couldn't be more friendly. However really enjoyed the cabin."

"Check in was a nightmare! Took 45 minutes on the phone with someone out of state to get checked in!!!! To watch tv make sure to have your login information for your own accounts or you are out of luck. Dirty towels and trash in the waste basket from the last guest. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Grand View 331!Excellent value in town in Jackson. It's up on a hill with views of the Tetons. Apartment was great for our family of 5. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Laundry for washing clothes. Check your cabinets for coffee and filters before you buy more Covered parking was great.Outpost was an outstanding property management company. Easy check in. Great communication. They even found and shipped back something that we left behind.There were only a couple of things I would have changed, but still 5-stars! The bed in the master bedroom was too firm for my liking. In my opinion, this would be a simple upgrade to make this a more luxurious stay. Second, the couches in the main room were pretty worn out. Not a huge problem, but it was a bit ridiculous for such a nice condo to have second-rate couches.We loved it, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends."

"The condo is as advertised! Very, very spacious, great views, can walk to Snow King and town. Kids loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were not very firm but that is a personal preference. "

"Really lovely house with great amenities. The kitchen had a good amount of dishes, glass, and pots and pans. Shampoo, lotion, body and hand soap were provided and rally nice quality. The property is a little hidden and about a 20 minute walk from downtown. The Snow King's Hayden Post Kitchen and StillWest Brewpub are closeby. Really liked the management company and even asked noncondo related questions and received helpful answers! "

"This was my first booking with VRBO (usually a friend books) so I was nervous. But wow! Everything, even before booking when I had questions, was exceptional. The property management company was very responsive. Check-in and out were seamless. Property was clean and well maintained. It’s located at Snow King resort and just a short walk to the activities. We look forward to staying when we visit Jackson Hole again."
