"Quaint property with a great location. Some of the room needed a bit of a freshening and there were long dark hairs stuck to the bed linens. Normally this would have horrified me but it didn’t feel ‘dirty’, just something that happened. A short walk to Plaza Mayor and all the old town sites. Many restaurant options in a variety of price ranges. Would book there again. "

"We chose this hotel because the hotels.com website tells us that it has a restaurant, a bar and parking available. Of the three only the parking was provided at a cost. The bar and restaurant are closed permanently. Our room was quiet thanks to the double-double glazed windows and the beds were comfortable however the air-conditioning system was hopelessly inadequate and our room was stifling.
