Nice cool quiet apartment just a stone's throw from the sea
From the wooden gate on the promenade, going down a few steps leads to the comfortable furnished veranda, (large table umbrella sunshades shower and sink) that gives access to bright and furnished dining room, table chairs, N. 2 sofa beds, sideboard with three doors.
Wide and comfortable kitchenette, carefully equipped, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4 ring hob. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe / chest of drawers,. Full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment is very fresh is also equipped with ceiling fans.
Completed in 2013 and recently furnished, parquet flooring, furniture, appliances, utensils and kitchen accessories are new as well as mattresses.
The apartment is delivered clean and disinfected and must be returned in order with particular attention to the hob, oven and fridge.
