Sèjour Cabourg

Appartement calme et trés bien situé pour visiter la Normandie. Appartement sale à notre arrivée, cuisine, salle de bains et WC trés encombrés, accés à la terrasse dangereux ( marche instable et non fixée)

Gute Wohnung für Familien

Als vierköpfige Familie mit älteren Kindern haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Größe war absolut ausreichend und die Wohnung vernünftig aufgeteilt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ein Pluspunkt war die schöne Terrasse. Die Toilette befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene beim Wohnzimmer/Küche, die Dusche und Waschbecken auf der oberen Ebene bei den Schlafzimmer. Das fanden wir etwas unpraktisch. Negativ sind einzig die wirklich unbequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer.

SEJOUR pas bien aménagé

TOP chambre, SDB, Cuisine FLOP / SEJOUR : aménagement à revoir  - La table du salon est trop grande pour une petite surface   - Les 4 chaise trop haute pas confortables pour regarder la TV et canapé trop petit - La TV et le canapé ne sont pas à la bonne place (à inverser) - La marche pour accéder à la terrasse est un vrai DANGER (A fixer et à agrandir) sans attendre (nous avons eu une chute... à cause de ça)   Pour ce prix on s'attendait à mieux  Nous avons quitté une journée avant:(

Urlaub mit Enkel

Ruhige Lage, schöner Balkon zum draußen sitzen. Nähe Strand ( Fußweg ca 10 Minuten). Familienfreundlich, Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants und netten Geschäften. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Im Bad mit Toilette kein Fenster, nur Lüftung. Aber gute Lüftung und es sind Duftöle aufgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pas mal. Bien situé, mais intérieur peu pratique.......pas de WC à l’étage, canapé très inconfortable, deuxième chambre très petite. Sinon bien équipé en vaisselle, en multimédia avec box et 2 TV, en literie. Par mauvais temps la pièce vie est un peu petite.... Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour.

Déçus

La photo de presentation de l'immeuble n'est pas celui proposé. La literie de la chambre principale est tres correcte , celle de la chambre des enfants est médiocre. Le sas d'entrée commun au deux appartements sent mauvais. L'appartement mériterait d'être un peu rénové (sauf les chambres) surtout la salle de bain dont les joints sont noirs. Les toilettes sont poussiereuses et nous avons trouvé une vieille chaussette dans le "range chaussures" La terrasse est agréable. Nous ne reviendrons pas

Unsauber, aber recht gut ausgerüstet.

Der Boden war nicht geputzt und es fanden sich überall Haare. Von Vormietern fanden wir noch Schnuller, Socken. Schimmel in der Dusche, Duschkopf defekt. Zusätzlich bestelltes Bettzeug hatte Flecken. TV oben ohne Empfang. Steckdosen mit Erdungspin, also nicht alle Stecker passen. PositiV: Ausreichend Küchenutensilien und Geräte.

Proprété à revoir

Cette location est bien située, bien équipée, literie de qualité, vaisselle en quantité, lave vaisselle et frigo de grande taille, seul le canapé gagnerait à être remplacé. Donc très peu de reproche pour l'appartement. Mais côté ménage, c'est une catastrophe, à peine arrivé, nous avons sorti balai et aspirateur, les sols étaient sales, de même que la cuisine et la salle de bain n'a pas vu de produits anticalcaires depuis longtemps ! Le canapé avait besoin d'un bon coup d'aspi. Inadmissible !
