L'appartement est super bien situé, mais la déco est à revoir surtout dans la cuisine et la douche est à revoir et la vmc mon dieu en route elle fait 1 vacarme d'enfer sinon appartement super

Très médiocre et très vieillissant

Ensemble très vieux. Salle de bain vieillissante avec une porte qui ne se ferme pas, un pommeau de douche qui met de l'eau partout sauf sur nous. Cuisine vieille, équipement vieux (four) mais qui fonctionne. Les fenêtres se ferment mal, ainsi que les volets. Oreillers déformer avec des boules et matelas horrible avec un énorme gros au niveau des jambe à gauche. Ensemble propre et ressemblant au photo. Les indications de Intercom pour trouver la chambre était pas folle.

Très belle vue sur la mer mais appartement salle

Chasse d'eau très bruyante et surtout apparut res salle obligé de faire le ménage en arrivant et la balayette des WC remplit de pipi et elle sentait très mauvais. Obligé de passer le tout à l'eau de javel. On a laissé l'appartement plis propre que quand on la eu. Je l'ai dit à la personne à qui on a rendu la clé mais sinon point positif très belle vue sur la mer

L intérieur n égale pas l extérieur !

Litirie déplorable et sale.( sable et grosse poussière) Sommier à trous et matelas hors service. Frigidaire sale Cabine de douche rafistelèe. Beaucoup de mots du propriétaire pour respecter l usage de ses équipements. C est rigolo quand l atmosphere de cet appartement évoque le non-respect pour les loueurs ! Dommage qu on ne puisse pas joindre de photos !

Séjour très agréable.

Ce qui est parfait est la vue et l'accès direct à la plage. Egalement la cour privée qui permet le stationnement des voitures et velos . La location elle-même comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire malgré une certaine vétusté de l'ensemble.

Le logement est vieillot mais agréable, par contre pas très propre à notre arrivée. Très mauvaise indication de l'accès au logement et manquement total de l'agence. Nous les avons appelés, pas de réponses et jamais rappelés après avoir laissé un message.

Séjour moyen

Emplacement du logement très bien, près du casino et du centre ville, face à la plage. Parking dans la résidence. Entrée de la villa divisée en appartements se fait avec l'entrée du restaurant ce qui ne nous avait pas été indiquée à la remise des clefs d'où un stress pour trouver le bon appartement qui est vieillot avec un confort modeste. WC chimiques bruyants, douche pas pratique sans éclairage suffisant. Lampe, TV ne fonctionnant pas, vieux lino, électroménager non testé.

problème de porte

l'accès au logement a été compliqué à cause d'une porte qui bloquait à l'ouverture puis il manquait le bip du parking car ce n'était pas le bon jeu de clés il a fallut appelé la responsable du service de ménage pour aider à résoudre le problème de plus la wifi ne fonctionnait pas au départ il y avait un dénie de la part de la responsable de l'agence puis ... a enfin été fait dans la douleur mais la qualité de l'accueil laisse à désirer

vue mer ......mais.....

studio bien plaçé, belle vue mer, point positif par rapport au prix. l appartement se trouve dans une villa .....qui a besoin d etre rénovée , contexte peu avenant pour 1 séjour de détente.... que peut en penser une clientèle etrangère séjournant ici ?.....!! cette location est peu représentative pour interhome!

Au calme en face de la mer

Studio bien situé sur la promenade, face à la mer. La présence d'un restaurant au rez de chaussé n'est pas gênante - pas de nuisance particulière. Lit confortable. Le propriétaire devrait penser à installer un petit chauffage d'appoint en attendant la mise en route du chauffage collectif de l'immeuble.
