Villa La Estancia brings to you the best combination of a private home with all of the amenities of a five star resort. Once you enter the Villa 2603 and view the Sea of Cortez with unbelievable views of "Lands End", you will know you have arrived. This Villa has one of the largest most spacious balconies including four lounge chairs. It does not get much better than relaxing on your balcony, drinking a glass of wine and watching the ever changing sunsets. Hotel Amenities-General Estancia has all of the amenities of a 5 star resort which includes several on site restaurants, beautiful infinity pools, swim up bar, a zero depth pool for kids, room service, a 24 hr front desk, 24 hr security, concierge to help with reservations etc, bellman, internet through out the property, private tennis courts, private gym and spa, maid service, beach front swimming area, hot tubs, ATM, food market, ice cream stand, and more. Hotel Amenities-Spa and Exercise Facilities Estancia has it's own private fitness center, tennis courts and hot tubs etc. If you want a fantastic massage, then visit the 31000 square foot Desert Spa and choose from a complete menu of massage/facial treatments. Villa 2603-Special Amenities: Telephone-The unit (living room) has unlimited use of phone at no cost for any calls to the US. The telephone number has an 818 area code and depending on the type of rate plan, incoming calls may be free to the caller. This is subject to internet and access by provider. Television-In addition to the TV channels provided by the resort, this unit has US based Netflix in the A and B side bedroom and the living room. In addition, the living room has Roku and a number of US based programming services may be available at no cost. All of the above is subject to change and subject to internet access and availability in Mexico. Internet-The unit has both wireless and wired internet capabilities. In addition, a wireless extender has been added to insure wireless reception in both the A and B side bedroom and balcony. Complete details will be provided prior to departure. Villa 2603-Accommodations-Bedrooms In the master bedroom (A side), there is a king size bed. In the B side bedroom, there are TWO king size beds. This is one of the few if any villas with this added comfort. Subject to ages etc., the four king beds will alow for 4 to sleep confortably. Guest needs to contact owner in writing to request more than four occupants. Ther will be an additional fee if approved by owner. Any increase beyond four is subject to owner sole discretion and will only be valid if provided to guest in writing prior to arrival. No chnages are permitted or will be approved after check in. There are direct views to ocean and land ends from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a jaccuzi tub, double sinks, desk and chair and coffee table. Each bedroom has its separate showers, bathrooms, large closets, a separate couch, individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and more. Villa 2603-Family Room, Dining, and Kitchen There is a third bath and shower in this area. The family room has a flat screen TV with DVD. Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 4-6 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms. There is a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer including water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer and large counter and pantry areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster and various pots, pans and utensils, Villa 2603-Balcony-One of two in all of Estancia's Two bedroom villas. All interior two bedroom villa are approximately the same size. However, the size of the balcony varies significantly. Villa 2603 is over 280 sq ft larger than other 2 bedroom villa due to the size of it's balcony. Villa 2603 has four lounge chairs which can easily be moved to various locations on the balcony so you can enjoy the views, sun or shade. It also has a separate table with 6 chairs. Most if not all other villas have only two lounge chairs and in some villa, they is very little space on the balcony. If you want to enjoy the views and relax and have a drink (or two) with your family and friends and maybe even take advantage of room service without feeling cramped, then it does not get much better than Villa 2603. You have access to 3 different properties. More restaurants and pools than you can imagine, and they have the best customer service ever! The view was great, the pool was perfect, balcony was big and wonderful for lounging with morning coffee. I didn't get a rental car, just used uber and it worked well. ##### Amy O. The villa was outstanding! The grounds, pool and beach were beautiful! It was easy to grab a quick and inexpensive cab into town to some wonderful restaurants. Mi Casa was our favorite - especially the lobster enchiladas! No need to rent a car; the agents try to rip you off with very expensive insurance and tell you it’s required. We left the Hertz office, canceled our reservation and took an Uber to the resort - super easy! ##### Kathy B. The best views of El Arco from every spot. Space to spread out inside. And the balcony- WOW! If you are headed to Cabo this is the place to stay. Close to downtown (5 min Uber or 15 min walk), right on the Sea of Cortez beach. Condo stocked with everything you need. I'm particular about paper products and hand soap and the like. The set-up worked perfectly for my family. My adult daughter had her own private suite while it also gave my wife & I more privacy on the A side. The location is perfect with just a quick taxi into town and to the marina. We really enjoyed the pool area and the restaurants on the property. I would highly recommend this villa. ##### Brian M. Location is perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping, and marina. This literally is a resort, great restaurants, pools, bars and concierge in lobby. All of this with the privacy of your own place. He went the extra mile to make sure we had a great trip. Estancia itself was beautiful and had everything you could want. But the easy walk into town was also a perk. Frank recommended the boat Rissalena and that was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back soon and absolutely recommend this villa! ##### Vanessa R. Had an amazing stay at this villa at La Estancia! The unit has the most gorgeous, huge, patio with amazing views! The unit itself was clean, has everything you need, and the most comfortable beds. Thebalcony is enormous. We spent a lot of ti.e out there. Eating, playing cards, just chilling. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you possibly need. Location is close to Downtown so a cheap easy Uber to Walmart and a vast amount of restaurants. We also enjoyed the Michael Jackson dinner a d show at the sister resort next door. ##### M W. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Very accurate description and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place to stay. This place has it all. Especially the view! We spent most of our time out on the balcony, when we were there. Everyone, especially our host, Frank, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know to make the most out of our stay. The views are incredible - and the space (having both the A side and the B side of the unit) is awesome. We love spending time on the patio - and this patio must be the best one on the property! The owner is very responsive and the service provided by Villa La Estancia (if there are any issues with the unit during your stay) is excellent.
