Great flat in Cabo Bello
Cabo Bello is amazing and the flat is perfectly located to enjoy it. The beach is beautiful with a sea full of life (large school of fish to see snorkelling and whales passing at the distance). There is a supermarket which is a short drive away has everything needed with high quality products. The flat is nice and has everything needed to enjoy the stay forma dishwasher to fins and snorkels. Furthermore, Mariana the on site manager is great, she is quick to respond and super helpful. The only thing you should be aware of is that the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom does not have a door. It is not a big deal but was a bit surprising.

Good amenities in condo community near beach
We stayed just one night -- so it was a quick in and out. The two bedroom and fully stocked kitchen was great for our family of 4. Everything was as listed -- and there were even boogie boards, masks and beach chairs in the closet! We found two pools -- one is better than the other. There is a path down toward the beach, but the private path does not take you all the way. You must continue down a public access section to get to the beach. The beach had sand and was swimmable because it is protected. It was rocky near the shore, however. You would have to watch young children. One thing about the condo...you had to close the master bedroom door if you wanted privacy when using the master bedroom toilet -- but that is a design flaw over which no one but the architect could control. It was wonderful having access to a washer and dryer, which worked well. The communication with the property manager was superb. We found affordable eateries inland. I would definitely recommend a car for this location. Thank you for the stay!

A very accurate description! Lovely condo at a peaceful and clean property. Perfect for our family of four. We rented a car to get around easily - to the market, marina, etc. The private beach was awesome with fantastic snorkeling. So thankful for advice and healthcare contacts when our son had a minor medical issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, great place to stay
We usually stay at our timeshare resort but circumstances had us booking a VRBO option. This place was excellent. Wonderful gated property. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach (surf is a bit wild but you can get safely wet off to the right. And it's a beautiful little beach/cove). The property can easily and comfortably sleep six. has stackable washer and dryer. Beautiful view from the deck. Great natural lighting. Chill pool areas. Also walking distance to incredible market. Better grocery option than Whole Foods but priced better than Albertsons. a five minute drive from downtown Cabo. Zero criticisms for our stay.

Thank you for your review. My sincere apologies for the things that didn't work. I had no idea. The TV and all ACs were working when I was there 2 weeks. I will get that corrected immediately. There should have been an extension cord for the lamp. I will of course get that replaced too. Again, my apologies.

Nice place, but rent a car and be ready for stairs
The condo is very cute and clean. Beds are comfortable and the pictures in the listing are accurate. I do wish the listing would have mentioned that there is no elevator. We had to lug suitcases up three flights of stairs. The condo was a bit hard to find, even for the private driver that the host had arranged for us, so it’s unlikely that an Uber driver would be able to find it. I would suggest you rent a car. There really were no restaurants within walking distance, just an Oxxo. There was a grocery store across a highway but it was difficult and a bit dangerous to cross the highway. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again, but would definitely have my own car next time.

Great two bedroom two bathroom condo!!
This is a great condo in a mostly English speaking gated community! The pool was warm and awesome, the AC worked well, the amenities were great and the views from this condo was terrific! On the weekends we would actually get firework shows between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.! We could see them super well from the balcony, and we could easily see the sunset from the balcony too! Initially finding this place was a major problem, for some reason Google doesn't recognize the Cabo Bello security entrance as a route to get in but I assure you it is the only way. The property manager Maria was great in helping to guide us and everything else about this place was awesome! PS: the tennis court was removed to create more parking, no big deal we wouldn't have wanted to play tennis in the heat anyway!

Fantastic home, amenities, and location
We were very pleased with the layout of the condo, the amenities, view, and that it is a safe neighborhood. Two nice pools, close to shopping, food, and the beach. Would definitely rent again. The only thing I would suggest is to confirm where to park in advance; parking is readily available, but it was difficult for us to locate when we first arrived. Owner was wonderful and helped us, though! They even set up our PCR testing to occur at the condo.

Cabo time
We have previously traveled to Cabo a few times and stayed at Cabo Bello in the same condo once before. We came back because of our familiarity with it and because it meets our needs. Comfortable, clean and friendly staff in the complex. You get to know some of the staff and it adds to the whole experience. The beach below the complex is quite secluded and there is always lots of room to sit and enjoy the sun and water. Snorkeling is fantastic with so many different and colorful fish. Great place to come and relax and enjoy life.

Just what 2 couples needed, 2 bedrooms/2 baths with comfortable beds. Manager very responsive to questions. We had a car so we were able to cook our meals at the condo. Had all the kitchen cookware. Nice ocean view and beautiful sunset from balcony. Very friendly area. Would like to come back sometime.

The condo location was excellent with a short walk access to the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available made the stay that much more enjoyable. Would have liked to stay longer.

Great clean condo
The condo is a very clean property with all you would need. We did not realize there were so many stairs and it was difficult bringing our luggage up. We also have someone in our party with mobility issues so not the best choice for us. The adult pool is not heated and is freezing cold but you could enjoy the sun on the loungers in a very quiet space. There is also a BBQ for guest use in the pool area. The balcony is larger than appears in the photo, that was a pleasant surprise and we immensely enjoyed the view it afforded. We also enjoyed the luxurious bath towels, nice touch! Communication with the host was excellent! Would recommend for a fit person/couple looking for a quiet setting wanting a short commute into Cabo (less than a 10 minute drive).

Loved our stay
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The neighborhood community was very safe and the security guards were always there. We had everything we needed in the condo. The beach chairs and umbrella's were super handy. We went to the beach many times and the condo pools were almost always empty. If you want a relaxing vacation this is it. The house manager took care of all our needs; groceries when we arrived, early morning transportation for fishing. Covid testing, etc. She responded so quickly and always helpful. We can't wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your wonderful property.

It was a great place to stay. Private Beach was absolutely awesome. Very safe location in a gated community!! Outside of cabo and close to San Jose cabo. I would highly suggest renting a car. You are about 15 minutes from downtown Cabo and 20 minutes from San Jose Del cabo!!. The beach was not swimmable for us but beautiful. No peddlers. We would come back!

Great spot to explore Cabo
Location was wonderful. Very convenient to bus & therefore Costco & Walmart. Beach was great, unit had everything needed for many days spent there. Plaza Calafia was a well-maintained property, clean & quiet. The unit itself: beds very comfortable, nice quality linens. Included shampoo, etc. a very nice touch. My only negative comment is that the kitchen was rather under equipped. We cook our own meals when we travel & this unit was a bit of a challenge. Lots of pots & pans but no ovenware. We had to run the dishwasher everyday in order to have enough dishes, etc. The supply has probably diminished due to breakage over time & the owner isn’t aware, but this one aspect was inconvenient & could be easily remedied. Otherwise had a wonderful time & LOVED Cabo!

The two nights we stayed at Andrew’s condo was a great way to end our Baja holiday. The beach, just a short walk away, was a great snorkelling and swimming spot. The view from the condo was lovely. I had managed to forget the welcome package information and so we arrived at the gate with none of the necessary information - I was very appreciative of the fact that Andrew was available by phone and gave us the necessary info. The condo had everything we needed to have a comfortable two days. I wish we had another couple of days to spend there.

The condo was great and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private beach. Beds were great and comfortable. Next door resort convenient and lasagna was especially good. Outdoor hot tub at the pool Worked great. Uber worked great as did the buses for transportation to and from town. Hope to come back again next year. Only wish would be to have more seating in the living room. The current 2person sofa is just ok. We found ourselves watching Netflix in bed because the sofa was not that cozy.

Great place to stay!
This property served us very well. Highlights include 1) filtered water throughout eliminates need to purchase water during stay, 2) easy and private beach access, which means no vendors trying to sell you trinkets, 3) clean and well-equipped condo that was very safe (community is gated and all drivers were required to surrender ID to enter), and 4) a responsive owner, though we never really needed to contact him. The *only* ding was the inability to walk to good street tacos!! Andrew's local concierge hooked us up with a private driver who we could rely on each day (heads up, the one we had didn't speak English, which was ok for us). Getting around was easy and affordable. The concierge was available via text and responded quickly to our needs and questions. Condo residents were very friendly. The condo had more than we needed for our stay, and the resort next door was convenient if we wanted to lay low/stay in, as was Netflix. For beachtime, the chairs and umbrellas were very handy, and I wish we would have remembered the snorkeling gear. Oh well--next time!! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Great Condo with beautiful views and stunning private beach!
We booked the condo for just the day as a cruise day excursion. Andrew was extremely flexible and accommodating for us! My one mention is the beach walk has incline difficulties if you have small children or anyone with mobility issues. I’d say it was more of 15-20 minutes walk for our motley crew with a few breaks in between, but it was beautiful!!! The beach is stunning, private and quiet, and we really enjoyed not being disturbed. Thank you for the great experience!!!! We really appreciate you having us :)

A tale of two condos?
The description of the condo is a second floor location. We were sent to a ground floor unit # 192 which was confusing and we could not get in touch with the local contact person to make sure we had the correct unit. Otherwise the Condo was fine and with the ground floor location the outdoor sitting area was larger than the upper units. The condos are dated but very well maintained with a friendly mix of folks to help us. The surrounding neighborhood is full of beautiful custom homes with a security guard at the gate to ensure safety. The pools are nice and well kept. The access to the beautiful private Beach is a little tricky at first but worth the short hike. It was nice having access to the Welk resort next door and an easy walk up to catch the local buses to town. Overall a pleasant stay at a fair price and if we were to visit Cabo again we would probably stay here again. We would suggest that the VRBO listing be updated to accurately describe which unit is being rented.

My first Cabo vacation
I would like to thank Andrew for his efforts and welcome packet I referenced it so many times and found the answers I was looking for. The welcome packet provided everything you need to know from the amenities of the condo to how to best enjoy your visit to Cabo. The property was located in such a convenient area and the private beach was amazing. We took advantage of the resort next door and it was a short walk over. We enjoyed staying at the condo because it had everything to offer and the location was very safe. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip!!

My 13 y/o daughter and I stayed here for 7 days and had no issues whatsoever! The condo is clean and adorable. The private beach is literally breathtaking. The community is very safe and all of the grounds staff were so very helpful if ever we had a question. It’s a quick 3 minute walk to the resort next door where there is a brilliant restaurant with great food and drinks. An Uber to Downtown Cabo cost me 6$ and was about a 7-10 min ride depending on the traffic. I will definitely be back! Thank you Andrew for the hospitality.

Love this cozy place
Love this place, everything you need was in this condo. Condo is very clean and well maintenance. A little hiccup on the AC but was fine later on because power was out for the whole complex area. Condo was close to Cabo San Lucas than Cabo Sanjose and the Zipper beach where famous beach for surfing area. Overall I like it, will come back again

Wow is an understatement!
Andrew was very accommodating and communicated with us when we had questions. The beds were super comfortable, the views were amazing! The adult pool area was relaxing and had grill that was cleaned for our use and a nice touch. Having snorkeling equipment, towels, chairs, and coolers for us was an very helpful, and made our stay even more amazing. The staff at the gate were very friendly, and made us feel welcome. Finally, the private beach is beautiful, with one side were the waves crash over the rocks, and one side were swimming and snorkeling was perfect. Cant wait to stay again!

Perfect week!
My brother lives in Cabo and I found this gem of a place to live purely by accident. Turns out it was just 30 yards from my brother's home so that was a great bonus. The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the shampoo, soaps, and other cleaning products provided but we mostly loved having beach chairs, an umbrella, the boogey board, and snorkling equipment!. We used the pool daily and there were never more than 4 other people there and the beach was practically private as well. After going for a boat ride around the marina and resorts in Cabo, we were so grateful that we chose this quite location amongst the "locals." Thank you for allowing us to stay in this condo. Being able to cook was a big cost savings. Costco, Wal-Mart, and other stories driving distance. We would definitely come back!

Los Cabo Time
Away from the crowds in a gated community. Peaceful and quiet. We wanted a relaxing vacation, no schedules and no plans in a place where we could cook if we wanted and also had access to restaurants and grocery stores. Cabo Bello is that location. A 10 minute drive to Cabo, 25 minute drive to San Jose, 15 minute drive to great snorkeling and groceries available nearby. 17 days and wanting for more.
