"We stayed for 5 nights, with 4 kids, 6, 8 10, 17, and we had a great time. You can't swim in the beach. In fact, Someone almost died while we were dipping our feet in. Security guard allows feet to dip, but blows his whistle when you submerge. The person that almost died didn't follow the rules and swam out, the tide took her in and emergency life guards were alerted. They saved her and she was fine. We ubered 10 mins to La Playa El Chileno and we swam there. Rented umbrellas, chairs at the beach. No bars or restaurants near El Chileno so we stopped at Oaxaco for a $4 cooler, free ice, and bought beer. Overall, great experience. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, comfortable pillows and beds."

El resort es hermoso, disfrutamos muchísimo de sus instalaciones y la mayoría del personal nos brindó un servicio increíble.Queremos reconocer especialmente a Erika de Front Desk, por su excelente atención, y a los bell boys Antonio Brito y Leonel, quienes siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos. ¡Personas como ellos realmente hacen la diferencia! 👏❤️ Lamentablemente, no podemos decir lo mismo del departamento de Marketing. Nuestra experiencia con Fausto fue muy mala. Nos ofrecieron y anotaron un precio y posteriormente quisieron cobrarnos uno diferente. Cuando estás de vacaciones y aceptas una oferta, esperas transparencia y, sobre todo, que respeten exactamente lo que te prometieron. También tengan mucho cuidado con las excursiones que les ofrecen desde Marketing. A nosotros nos prometieron específicamente una excursión al Arco con Cabo Adventures en un bote de cristal, y esa no fue la experiencia que recibimos. Si les ofrecen algo similar, les recomendamos verificar directamente con la compañía antes de pagar y pedir que TODO quede por escrito: precio, tipo de embarcación y exactamente qué incluye la excursión. No pierdan su dinero confiando únicamente en una promesa verbal.Es una lástima porque, fuera de esta situación con Marketing, todo estuvo de maravilla ."

"Stayed in a penthouse. It was cleaned ok but not great. Cleaning services were random and it could have been better. Food was ok for breakfast and lunch. Dinner menu was much better. This is one of the resorts where you get pushed with time share or another way of selling properties which was not expected. Overall score 8 of 10, but probably would not book another vacation there again."

"Service was incredible, facility and rooms were great, pool was perfect, large and never felt quiet. Entertainment at the pool and during the evening was less than average. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety, coffee de la oya made me a coffee drinker. Dinners were hit and miss. Cielo, the Mexican restaurant was awesome and the waiter, Eduardo, made the dinner an experience. All other restaurants were average."
