This beautiful condo is located in the second floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs. Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit. We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts. In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. We were on second floor and there are no elevators so be sure everyone is good with stairs. The kitchen was great and the patio was a nice retreat. The gym was fantastic and the pool was pretty (although a bit cold in the winter and the hot tub never gets hot enough). You definitely need your own car. Mavila was our home for 10 days. I highly recommend renting a car if your the type that likes exploring. The water in the pool is quite cold. Hot tub is great.The access to the other properties that Mavila is connected to was very nice. Our stay was top shelf.
