Communication w/ owner was extremely timely. The penthouse was nicely equipped with everything you would need for a week, month, or yearly stay. We spent most of our time on the deck visiting and watching the whales pass (probably more than 100 over the week we were there). Beds were extremely comfortable, with dark curtains if you wanted to sleep in, or leave them open if you wanted to wake to views of the ocean. It was listed as a 2 bedroom, but there were actually 3\. Master, w/ King ocean view. Queen w/ ocean view, and 3rd w/ Queen and no ocean views. Each had their own spacious bathroom. The complex was well manicured w/ 2 pools (1 heated w/ swim up bar). We ate at the small restaurant/bar on the property 4 times and everything was delicious and not overly priced. Would definitely recommend this unit/complex only a 10 minute Uber Ride to downtown for roughly $12\. Overall a fantastic experience! ##### Bourbon Valley F. That is exactly what we found at Bella Cabo. The condo had everything we needed. In fact, we only ventured out twice. Other than that, we enjoyed eating at the pool restaurant which is open from 8:00-8:00\. We never had a problem finding a place to enjoy the sun. It was a wonderful quiet and calm atmosphere. Besides what is available nearby a car is needed to venture out or to town. The manager, Elihu, helped us with transportation. Every driver came with a picture of the car and license plate. Our driver from the airport took us to a grocery store and waited while we shopped. The condo was actually three bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room had a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything one could need to enjoy the beach was also available - beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc. We would not hesitate to book again. ##### Kathy T. The views are beautiful. Nice big patio. We loved the pool, once repaired & the pool bar & staff were awesome. We had a few issues upon arrival. We were given an incorrect code for the unit. Instructions said to take the elevator to the 6th floor & then go up a flight of stairs. This was incorrect as we did not need to go up those stairs. The pool was out order for two days. The dishwasher didn’t work the first time we tried it. It was removed and replaced just a day before we departed. So we only had the use of it for 2 out of 14 days. No blender was found. The elevator broke down a few times & we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. We found the kitchen was not well equipped. There was a microwave but no microwaveable dishes. Pots & pans were very worn. Only 1 wine glass. Overall, the apartment is quite dated & is in need of an update & refresh. ##### Raymond R. Penthouse condo very close to the beach, at an affordable price! There is actually 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths.
