Located in the smallest building in Misiones, with only 5 condos total, with only one other second-floor condo, this building is more private and quiet than most. You not only have ocean views from the living/dining room, but also great oceans views from the principal bedroom. This condo has soaring vaulted ceilings and architectural nuances not found in other condos because it was used as an original model unit. You’ll notice this is a throwback to old Cabo with original walls, kitchen, and baths, combined with all the modern features like Apple TV, a Bose Sound Bar, and high-speed fiber-optic WIFI. Go ahead and bring your own Firestick to watch your favorite shows. You’ll also enjoy Mini-Split individual A/C units in each room, so each room can be cooled to your personal comfort level. As you walk in the front door and take in the ocean view, your eye will also be drawn to all the brightly colored original art pieces and the whimsical furniture that makes this condo so fun! There’s even a chandelier in the principal bedroom. The guest bedroom has its own private patio overlooking the palm trees and natural desert rock garden for a peaceful place for early morning coffee or a quiet shady spot to read a book. The extra-large bedrooms with spacious private baths on opposite sides of the condo ensure complete privacy. The principal bedroom has a large smart TV where you can watch Netflix and other streaming services. It's also very easy to connect your Firestick so you have all your favorites from home. The patio is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise out of the ocean or a full moon gracing you with its presence. There is a gas grill for having a BBQ, and the patio is a great spot for watching whales from November through March. Walk out your front door and turn to the left to head down to the beach. Turn right to head to the pool with a swim-up pool bar/restaurant. Each is a 2-minute walk in either direction. Our swimming and snorkeling cove is right down the stairs. You can see it from your patio. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella in the condo. Monuments surfing beach is to the right of the property and is also a great beach for walking. You’ll find everything you need for cooking in this compact kitchen along with filtered water so there’s no need to buy bottled water. And you can also order in from a range of Cabo’s best restaurants, if cooking it's your idea of vacation. The comfy living room is a great place to relax at the end of the day. The condo features FREE, secure, and reliable WiFi. And there is a hotel safe for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer. And if you need to do a little work while on your vacation, you can use the dining room table as your desk. Spending the day at the large heated pool is another great option with the swim-up bar-restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner with plenty of shady spots available if that’s what you prefer. As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort, you’ll pass the pool just before taking a left to walk down to your condo, which also happens to be the sidewalk to head down the steps to the beach. Besides 2 beaches, a restaurant, and a well-stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas Bay! In fact, within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest-rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset de Mona Lisa, and Manta at The Cape Hotel. Just want drinks and a pizza or light dinner with a great view of all of Cabo and Land’s End? We’ve got you covered with that too at Jazz on the Rocks above Sunset de Mona Lisa. Cabo has become an international foodie destination. And any type of food you want is 5 minutes away by Uber in downtown Cabo. If it’s a romantic getaway for two you’re looking for, you’ll never have to leave the condo. You can easily whip up anything you want in this kitchen or call for delivery from many of the best restaurants in town. The pool bar has WIFI and a book exchange if you’d like to check out a novel while you relax at the beach or by the pool. The grounds of Misiones are filled with green grass and beautiful flowers making for gorgeous views in every direction, inviting several species of songbirds and hummingbirds. Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. The Palapa swim-up pool bar and restaurant serve very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week. There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor. Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo. Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo…it’s close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds. Right before you arrive at Misiones there is an upscale grocery store called Fresko with a great selection of imported and specialty foods, fresh bakery, coffee drinks, along with a great variety of wines and liquor. They even have English speaking helpers there. Costco, Walmart, and other shopping are only a few minutes away. Our stay at Misiones was the most relaxing vacation within the Cabo area visits of the last 20 yrs. No time schedule, no pressure, quiet setting, friendly staff, and awesome view of the Cape from the balcony. We would definitely stay again. A little bar with a cantina steps away. A convenience store with essential supplies including bevies also on site. World class dining at the Mona Lisa just outside the complex as well as a fresh and healthy breakfast and lunch restaurant. Uber always there with in a minute to take you shopping to Fresco, Cabo San Lucas and San Jose for excursions. ##### darlene m. I enjoyed my stay here very much. The place has great views and is very well appointed. Lynn was very responsive when we had an internet issue and got the problem resolved right away. I loved the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks just below the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 2 kids. Pool and pool bar were so perfect to hang with the fam and the cove beach you look out to from the condo is pretty magical. A place with charming character, not the sterile high rise condos or all inclusives you’ll find elsewhere in cabo. We’ll be back. ##### Veronica W. Very Mexican style and very colourful. A great view of the beach and water. Highly recommended, and will stay in the same condo on our next trip to Cabo. Both bedrooms were large with their own private bathroom. The patio and shared living space had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. The beach was a pleasant surprise as it was a short walk down some stairs to a very quiet beach that was great for snorkeling and swimming and never busy. We went there almost everyday even just for a quick snorkel. The pool at the property was also wonderful with a bar and decent food. The staff at the pool were super friendly and there were always chairs available. The location of the condo requires a taxi ride to town but there are a few expensive higher end restaurants within walking distance. We preferred going into town and exploring different restaurants as the restaurants nearby were over priced but they do have fantastic sunset views so going for a drink is recommended. The condo is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals and there is a Fresko grocery store a 20min walk up the road. The condo also had beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which we used every day. Highly recommend staying here! ##### GSBCA M. The views are amazing! Hearing the crashing waves and seeing the sunrise was definitely a highlight to the place! It's in a perfect location with a quick 10 min drive into downtown. We have stayed at many places in Cabo and we would definitely stay again. It's so spacious and a super short walk to a very calm swimmable beach which you dont find at many places in Cabo. There is a 2nd pool with beautiful ocean/arch views whoch we didnt realize until a few days into our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here. ##### kacie J. The condo was spacious and has an excellent view and balcony. The resort is very inviting and has excellent landscaping and pools. Lynn was incredibly fast at responding. Condo was perfect for our family. The sunrise over the Sea of Cortez every morning was so beautiful. The balcony made the perfect viewing spot for the sunrise. I already miss those mornings. With the juicer, we were able to have mimosa's with fresh squeezed orange juice; the bbq allowed for us to have tasty carne asada tacos! ##### Melissa M. Not many people, so it has a "private" feel. No vendors selling their wares. There is a pool with a small bar/restaurant on the property. The food is good and reasonably priced. Sunset Mona Lisa and Jazz on the Rocks are within walking distance. Both are amazing! ##### Frank C. The condo is spacious but the kitchen is a bit small. However, it easily makes up for it with the view and the outdoor space on the balcony looking out over the sea.
