This new condo was completed in 2018. It is located next to Medano Beach and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, complete kitchen and living room. The condo accommodates up to five people. The condo is located on the fourth floor and it has a pool on the roof with beautiful ocean views and amazing Cabo sunsets.
The condo is conveniently located near big shopping areas such as Costco, Walmart, Home Depot and other shopping centers.
The condo is located approximately 1.5 miles from downtown.
We offer concierge service and can help arrange transportation to and from the condo. We can also help arrange golf, fishing and restaurant reservations.

Condominio nuevo, localizado frente a la famosa playa del médano, 2 recamaras, 2 baños completos, cocina equipada, comedor para 6 personas y sala completa con con sofá cama (futton) y pantalla de TV.
El condo se encuentra en 4 piso y contamos convenientemente con la alberca en el rooftop con mesas y camastros donde podrás disfrutar tu estancia. (Elevador)
Estamos ubicados frente al hotel Riu donde contamos con entrada publica directo a la playa!
Servicio de taxi y Uber 24 hrs justo afuera del edificio.
En caso de que rentes carro contamos con 1 lugar de estacionamiento
Seguridad 24 hrs
Estamos a 5 minutos manejando de Costco y Walmart y 9 minutos del centro de Cabo San Lucas (marina, restaurantes y centro comercial)
