    La Casa del Sol Naciente is situated in the prestigious hillside of Cascadas in Pedregal which overlooks city centre San Lucas. This gorgeous 4 bedroom condo is exactly what you need for the perfect Cabo holiday! It is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to city centre San Lucas. You will have access to 2 community pools and jacuzzis that offer loungers, tables and chairs with umbrellas for relaxation. Nothing is better than coming back from city centre after a long day at the beach, marina, or shopping, and just relaxing pool side or from the condo with an unbelievable view!

    When you walk into La Casa del Sol Naciente, you will feel right at home! The condo provides everything that you could possibly need whether you are on holiday, business for work, or both! The condo offers a little something for everyone to ensure you have a great time and enjoy!

    You will find 2 master bedrooms located off the left side of the kitchen. The front master bedroom provides a King size bed with usb ports on the night stands, pocket sliding doors that open all the way for easy access to the terrace, TV with Dish US, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet. The bathroom provides a walk in tile shower and a jacuzzi tub for those days or nights that you want to soak and just relax. Bath and Beach towels are provided as well as a blow dryer.

    The 2nd master bedroom is located behind the front master and this bedroom provides a King size bed with ample closet space, TV with Dish US, and ensuite bathroom with walk in tile shower. Bath and Beach towels are provided.

    The kitchen/dining room and living room are located centrally in the condo to maximise the view of city centre San Lucas and the view of the Ocean! This way if you are eating breakfast at the dining table or out on the terrace, you will get to experience the Cabo sunrise!

    The kitchen is outfitted for any chef or guest that loves to cook! You will find a complete spice rack and the basic essentials to start off our holiday! The kitchen has a purification system , so the water is safe to drink. There is also a wet bar that provides additional supply of ice, wine fridge to keep beers and wine cool, and a sink with purified water!

    On the right side of the condo, the 2 guest bedrooms are located. The first bedroom when you walk into the condo is outfitted with a King size bed, closet space, and TV with netflix. The next bedroom provides a full size bed and single bed with closet space, and TV with netflix. There is a full size bathroom located near both of the bedrooms that has a walk in tile shower for guests to use.

    The terrace provides 2 loungers with a table, seating for 4 with table, and fire pit to sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the nightlife of city centre San Lucas!

    This condo has exactly what you are looking for-- location, view, and all the essentials to have a relaxing, memorable holiday!

    Full concierge is provided as well for transport, pre arrival groceries, welcome services, activities, chef services, special celebration requests, and more!

    Please note that this is a residential community and that they do not tolerate any loud noise after 10 pm. Please be mindful and respectful of the community. No loud music, talking etc during your stay and if after 10 pm-- please keep it indoors. If security is called to the property, they can issue fines that can be 1000 usd or higher and will be the responsibility of the renter.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The facility was really nice and secluded and had a full time attended gated entry. It is an easy drive or Uber into town as well. Gloria also prepared some drinks and snacks for us upon arrival which was nice. Would certainly stay here again.

A beautiful property that has all the accommodations that you would need. The views and sunrises were the most amazing. The property manager is helpful 24/7 as well as the recommended driver. My party of 8 had an awesome time and fit comfortably. Another perk was access to the washer and dryer and the 2 pools on the property.

This was my second time booking this condo and I must say that it was just as good as the first time. From the to the spacious patio overlooking the infinity pool to the beautiful view of the ocean and the city at night. This place is stunning!

Beautiful condo, loved the view. Pool was nice and clean. We rented a car but otherwise a bit of a walk to town. Would recommend to anyone going to Cabo.

Communication with Kristen was amazing. She answered any questions we had and easily set up all of our excursions. The property was well kept and clean. Deny did a great job as well ensuring we were all good to go on arrival and departure.

Great Property with a view!

We had an amazing stay at this property from January 23–28, 2025! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristen, the Property Manager, was very responsive and made the booking process seamless. On-site manager Pablo was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

We stayed in this unit in 2022 and fell in love with it! We returned August 2023 and all officially agreed to return in 2024 if the unit is available! Location is perfect, views are AMAZING and Deny really is so easy to work with!

We have stayed at this development multiple times. The location of the unit was perfect, the privacy of the pool remains a family favorite, to include the ability to go over to the private beach sites. Walking downtown remains easy, and the local Host staff was attentive and extremely responsive. It was a turnkey trip.

Spectacular views! The condo looks exactly as advertised, and I was genuinely impressed. Watching both the sunrise and sunset was beautiful. It seemed like most units are owner-occupied, so it was nice and quiet. The location is excellent—about 15–20 minutes from everything.The only downside is the climb up to the unit. If you have a rental car or use Uber, they can drop you right at the entrance, which helps. My 85-year-old uncle found the walk challenging but still managed it. There are also plenty of cool hidden gems nearby to explore.The one issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi—it dropped frequently. It was fine for checking emails and basic browsing, but not reliable for Zoom meetings.Denny, the host, was great and very responsive. Overall, I loved the location and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place and Views

My family had a wonderful stay here. The place was so nice and comfortable with lovely views. The open air feel, fire pit, and kitchen/wet bar were big highlights along with the pool. We walked into town most days and enjoyed the food, marina, and shopping. Working with the property manager was so easy. They helped with groceries and car service. Great experience!

Lovely apartment and great host

It is a beautiful apartment with lovely views of the city and marina. It’s a great workout/walk to go over the hill to Pedregal Beach to see the sunset from the apartment as long as you are ok walking on hills. Getting in and out of the property is very steep and bumpy so ensure you have a low gear and/or an SUV. We enjoyed the fire pit and the swimming pool.

Vacation

We enjoyed our spring family vacation very much! The apartment was amazing, very spacious and very well designed! The pool and jacuzzi were a most and we used it every day. Kristen and Federico were very helpful with all the information, resources and services. The complex is up the hill and views are amazing. Getting down to downtown area is easy more like 20 min walk, but uphill for some people might be challenging. Uber works fantastic for getting home after dinner in town

Amazing Property Cabo San Lucas

The condo was amazing Clean, spacious and looked just like the victories Nicely stocked with some beer, chips and salsa on arrival We had some difficulty locating the unit in the property. Pablo came and found us and guided us to the unit and parking We were there at a quieter time and had the entire pool to ourselves 7 min by car to downtown It is at the top of a large hill so walking down to town is fine however walking back up the hill will be a challenge If you have a car it’s great or you can Uner very reasonably Communication with Pablo was great and response was timely Highly recommend

Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. They greeted us with some cold beer with chips and salsa. The only down fall was the walk down the pebble stone streets to go into town. We had to take an Uber when we left the property because there were Six girls in heels =) other then that I highly recommend the view was beautiful at night. I would definitely stay again

Great Cabo escape for Families.

This property provided us with everything we could have hoped for as a vacation rental for our family vacation. We felt like we got almost all the same luxuries as we would have in a resort with the exception of pool side service. The property management team was amazing and very responsive. We used their recommendations for a personal chef for two of our dinners and could not have been more pleased with quality of food and service. The grocery delivery service was very convenient and easy to set up. Although it is walking distance to the base of downtown, this was too large of an ask for the younger kids so we used Uber as our means of transportation which worked out well for us. I would highly recommend if you are a looking for something a little more private than a traditional resort. We will definitely plan on revising again some day.

Great and safe stay in Pedregal

This was the first time we did not stay at a resort in Cabo and we really enjoyed the experience. The property is in a safe and secure neighborhood at the top of the hill in Pedregal. Ubers were able to pick up and drop us off (they're required to check in and check out with security). The property itself looks relatively new and is furnished with high quality furniture pieces. There is a nice pool + jacuzzi just two floors down that we used every day. ~20 min walk downhill to the beginning of downtown Cabo. Frederico (who works at the property management company) was amazing – such a nice and happy person, and he made himself available for whatever we needed. He was present with us both at check in and check out. Don't hesitate to book!

I got nerves because our host didn't reply back to my messages a week before check-in! Reached out to customer service and they were able to provide me answers. Our transportation was late at the airport. Once we arrived our host was very nice and available with any concerns we had. The condo was very clean with an amazing view!
