### Casa Flip Flop - New, professionally decorated luxury 4-bedroom

Casa Flip Flop is a recently remodeled, luxury 4-bedroom property. The fourth bedroom is located in a private casita, accessed off the entry courtyard. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the master bathroom containing a luxurious soaking bathtub. Each bedroom boasts king-sized beds, while the casita contains a queen-sized one bedroom is configured with the option to split into two twin beds, making this home ideal for 4 adult couples or a family of 6-8.  
  
Located behind the Four Seasons gate, Casa Flip Flop enjoys a dramatic unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez, as well as the meticulously maintained Cove Club golf course. Gorgeous desert landscaping of palm trees, bougainvillea flowers, and a huge Saguaro Cactus frame the view over the first fairway of the private course.  
  
Use of the 6-seater golf cart is included with the house rental, making visiting the local beach and the surrounding 5-star restaurants even more convenient.  
  
Enjoy spotting scopes and binoculars to watch local wildlife from the comfort of your poolside patio, including the seasonal visits of humpback whales! Games include darts, chess, and backgammon. The 75" TV streams all US channels, all national channels, as well as Amazon prime and Netflix access. (Remember to bring your account login and password).  
  
Casa Flip Flop offers a fully furnished patio, with two outdoor dining areas, each seating eight comfortably, where you can spend time together enjoying the wonderful Cabo weather.  
  
Casa Flip Flop's service-orientated property managers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, purchasing groceries and liquor/wine prior to arrival, schedule a private chef, massages, tours, and more, and will greet you on site upon your arrival to ensure you receive nothing but a first-class experience.  
  
The house is listed at a discounted rate due to some construction next door. Some noise can be expected.
