Kristy the owner made sure that we had all that we needed to make us feel at home. Just like other reviewers said, the walk was totally doable, but on days we wanted to mail it in we'd call a cheap Uber, it was so easy. The pool areas were quiet and clean. The condo was very clean and quiet. The property was in somewhat of an exclusive neighborhood which kept all the downtown noise away. The view was fabulous of the landscape, the town, the bay, the marina and cruise ships coming/going, etc.. The only downside to the condo stay was that it was that difficut to know who to talk to about what. We were givens several names of managers and "concierge" personell before and during the stay but communication was muddied to be sure. Oh, I can't forget to mention "The Specialist" transport company. They were rock solid!! They gave us specific instructions to follow when arriving at Cabo in order to meet the driver. All that was spot on. Both trips to/from the airport were excellent (don't try to do this yourself!). They had nice, clean, roomy and new vehicles. The drivers were personable and spoke great English. The pickups were on time and the person I was communicating with at the company was very quick to respond by email. Thank you to the owners for opening their condo to short term visitors. It was very nice. ##### Julie S. I’m not joking! We only went to dinner in town for dinner half the nights because this is such a comfortable place, and the view is exceptional!!! Whether you’re on the couch, on the deck, in bed or in the hot tub, you get to look out to this grand expanse of ocean and city, and it’s mesmerizing. Super comfortable and bright condo. Great communication with the owner and the managers, who also gave us lots of tips on stuff to do. Place was a slice of heaven and as pictured for the most part. There were many areas in the bathrooms especially where the ceilings were needing repairs. We never met up with the property manager but we were late getting there due to having issues with service on our cell for directions. I did notify them that we had done a load of towels and that we were on our way out when we left. Never heard back. Would be helpful to have information on how to work some-of the things such aa the air units. This was our first trip and definitely plan on coming back! ##### Arianne N L. Small Pool was below us by elevator. Main pool was a little walk with some stairs required. Only problem was with transportation arranged by Mauricio, driver got the wrong date for return to airport and we were left scrambling to get there on our own. Overall I like the condo a lot and would recommend it. A little far from town, but uber is cheap ride to most locations. ##### John C. Smooth and easy, with a stop at Walmart to pick up groceries. This condo at El Pedregal Cascades is in a large group of condos with close access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, which we visited almost daily. The view is spectacular! The hike down to Cabo/ Marina area is a good workout, but my calves are still sore from the hikes back up to condo, which we did daily (sometimes multiple times per day.) we also used Uber many times…cheap and easy. We loved our beach massages at The Sand Bar! Oooo La La! SO many good places to eat and discover around the Marina! We also ubered over to San Jose for a day trip and loved that area!
