• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

\- This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas!  
  
Blue skies, cool breeze, soft sand and your private villa on Medano Beach, Cabo's most coveted beach. This is paradise! The lovely features of this beautiful 2100+ sq. ft.villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar, a roomy dining area, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pantry. A washer/dryer are conveniently located and concealed off the kitchen area.  
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides two Queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.  
There ar flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.  
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area including a gas grill and a wet bar.  
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries)  
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort.  
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. s. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

#### Amazing Updated Villa

We have stayed at La Estancia many times and this is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The villa is extremely clean, updated and well decorated. The master bed is really comfortable too. The concierge is a great added touch along with the margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. Would definitely stay here again!
