- Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean.
The exquisite ammenities of this villa include a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.  
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breafast bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, large dining table, as well as a washer/dryer wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
Outside, there is a fully furnished terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar.
  The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. 
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

My husband and I got the opportunity for a super quick getaway just the two of us and it was perfect in every way! The resort is top notch, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and and the grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back with our kids, the units are huge and the property manager was great from start to finish! Highly recommend!

Everything about this trip was exactly what our family needed after enduring a pandemic year. The villa was exactly as explained in the listing and more beautiful than the photos. Jane was very responsive and answered all of my questions prior to and following booking. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The condo was really clean & nice. It would be helpful if the kitchen had a few basics provided, paper towels, salt & pepper, coffee & tea. Things like that. It was our first trip to Cabo. We really enjoyed it!!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful condo. It is in an excellent location close to the pool (which was actually very quiet) and had an amazing 4th floor view. The rooms were extremely clean, bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was a dream! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and people doing water sports. This resort is super clean, has well-manicured gardens and great food. It also has some of the best staff and service we’ve ever experienced! They were very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue upon our arrival at the resort but the condo owner quickly rectified the situation and we were more than happy with how our stay was handled. The only small negative was that the beach is a little steep, little kids would do much better at the pool. That being said, if you want a beautiful, quiet, friendly resort with awesome drinks by the pool, this is the place to go!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at VLE 10 years ago and were equally happy with a similar room 10 years later. The booking process this time through Cabo by Jane was simple and they did a great job updating us along the way. Our Villa was absolutely spotless; however, was missing a few necessities that Joel, our consierge, quickly delivered to us. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the Villa, particularly the view of the pool and ocean from our spacious deck!! My only suggestion would be a BBQ on the deck and maybe a few "staples" in the kitchen. Otherwise, our stay was perfect! We hope to be back soon!

Loved the room and resort! Excellent view, dining, pool and staff! Concierge Joey was great! Easy taxi ride to town and can swim at the beach in front! Absolutely loved it all!
