The interior is new, modern, spacious. Lovely amenities in bathrooms and kitchens and good concierge service - thank you to Claudia who was very helpful. The only downside was the neighborhood - there was construction going on across the street (and it's a very small cul de sac) as well as one of the houses serving as a mechanic's garage with a go-cart out front the entire time that we were there with several people working on it as though they were in a garage. Working on it includes starting the loud engine several times each day. This was even more frustrating consdering the amount of rules that we were given to follow prior to our stay - hard to believe that working on a car outside of your house in the middle of a quiet community is within the rules. Between the construction and the go cart situation, we were unable to use the outdoor space, which was very nice but not at all enjoyable with the amount of noise and commotion going on. If you do decide to book, I would just double check the construction siutation so that you can at least be aware of the situation in advance, and be prepared for it. I wish we had been given a head's up prior to our stay. ##### Courtney T.
