Both the King and Queen Suites have patio doors to enjoy the ocean breeze and the view. You also have your own private luxurious spa bath with hot water on demand so you’ll never have to wait for hot water when using your double shower heads. You have elevator access so there’s no need to walk flights of stairs. This penthouse has never been available as a rental before so you can be one of the first people to enjoy a vacation here. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week. There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) open 8 am to 8 pm with a wide variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor. Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is a very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo. First thing we saw was the whales playing in the sea. Andres was outstanding in helping us book activities we wanted. Everyone was nice and patient with us. The location was great for rest and relaxation; especially after a day of adventures. Sunrise was gorgeous each morning from patio and saw whales playing. Beds are super comfortable and condo has everything you need. Security guard super helpful and felt very safe. The condo was exactly as described and had an amazing view. We could see whales every morning from our balcony while drinking our coffee. The condo came well equipped with everything needed. The condo is in a great central location. It had everything we needed including beach chairs we took to a nearby cove where we could enjoy the sun and beach within walking distance. Daniel at the gate was knowledgeable and very helpful. The place was amazingly set up with everything you would need to have an awesome stay. The morning sunset views from the two balconies were amazing to have coffee, breakfast and evening drinks and appys. Overall, I would recommend the place for couples and families. Each couple had their own master suite. The best part was the patio and ocean views. I woke early each day at sunrise and was gifted with the beautiful glow of the sun coming up over the horizon. We saw whales several days (bring binoculars!) and there was lots of shade in the afternoon. We even saw a full moon rise over the ocean one night. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, though pricey, and they're very good about attending to food allergies. The onsite pool restaurant was decent, and everyone that worked at Misiones was very helpful and nice. Getting to downtown Cabo was an easy Uber ride. I would definitely stay here again. The complex and surrounding area is nicely kept. It is a mere 20 min. ride from the marina and popular beach restaurants if you choose to do that, but the grounds itself has a nice pool area (food was good!) and quiet little beach too for a more laid back day if that’s your preference. We had a great breakfast at the coffee shop right outside the gate. A couple of blocks walk and you’re at the Mona Lisa for an amazing sunset view! The condo itself had everything we needed. The view and sounds of the ocean from the balconies were just perfect for early morning sunrise views and the much needed vitamin Sea dosages. Absolutely nothing negative to say here. The beach is semi-private and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed to go to the beach and be comfortable. The Pool/Bar provided excellent service and if you are in need of anything, you can find Andres and his contact number at the bar. Andres was a delight! This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and with our binoculars we could even see the whales from the patio. We would rent this unit again. ##### Jodi H. The rooms were all clean with comfortable furniture and terrific views just like the beautiful pictures we’d seen that lured us in… The weather was good for us although the waves were a little strong to do much snorkeling. But I did manage to see a lot of fish when I did snorkel. There’s a bit of a learning curve to the tv platform and remote but we were able to figure it out with Lynn’s help. Lynn always responded very quickly to any texts I sent had her with any questions we had. The pool bar staff was really friendly and the food was fantastic, I thought. Tacos were great, the burgers were good too. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we were happy to see that. There’s an amazing market across the highway from the place, called Freska.So mush good stuff in there! We made quick friends with Pablo, who is a security guard and manager of that dept. He suggested lots of great places to eat and had a lot of some local knowledge we were glad that he shared with us. He’s a good guy to ask about Uber services there.. Pablo made the whole experience at Misiones even better. Oh, be careful that you don’t miss coming back from the beach by 7 pm or you may find the door locked.
