This beautiful just remodel vacation home featuring private pool, jacuzzi and garden is located within a gated community "Ventanas Residences" up hill with panoramic views of Cabo. Ventanas also offers beautiful amenities to make your vacations unfforgetable club house with fitness center, tv room, fire pit, playground for kids, heated pools and jacuzzi.

Living area ~
All of the furniture allows for plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy a movie night on a flat screen TV with Sky Satellite network. For added entertainment, there is a stereo.
Kitchen and Dining~
The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking at home. The dining table seats 6. You may also use the 1st level terrace to enjoy a wine or a cup of coffee under the shaded pergola .
Bedrooms & Bathrooms~
The master bedroom features a king size. This room has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet , shower and private toilet. The second have a full size bed and and the third bedroom two thing size beds with a shared bathroom. The half bathroom is located on the living area level.

Take advantage of The Club House at the residencial, with two outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, outdoor fireplaces, TV room, Fitness Centers, Kids area.
*NOTE.- The pool and jacuzzi only in heated during the winter, the rest of the year is temperate

**NOTE.- There is construction around, there may be noise from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday from 9am to 3pm

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Worst place I ever seen. Beds on the floor, broken furniture, urine stained sheets, black mold.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Urine stained sheets, black mold in the swimming pool, broken furniture, beds on the floor, and big roaches. I took pictures but VRBO will not allow me to post them trust me do not stay at this place I stay one night and we left. Me and my wife refused to go to sleep we set on the couch all night until I made reservations for another hotel. This place looks nothing like the photos. I will go to YouTube and post pictures. I don’t want anyone losing their vacation by staying at this bait and switch.
