Our villa is a total of 2,200 sq ft 2-bedroom, 3 full bathroom with a very large living space, full kitchen, dining and a large balcony terrace spanning the entire suite. It is located on the 3rd floor with a great view of Land's End and the Sea of Cortez. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors, granite countertops and beautiful travertine tile work throughout. Our upcoming availability (to be updated in March for further dates): 11/18-12/23/2023, 3/2-3/30/2024, 7/20-8/17/2024\. If you are planning exquisite family beach vacations for any of these dates - feel free to book instantly! The large terrace looks out at Land's End, the very tip of the Baja peninsula. The terrace has ceiling fans, table and chairs and numerous lounge chairs along with a gas grill (you will need to request propane at the front desk for additional nominal charge). The villa has a full kitchen and dining room, breakfast bar, and large living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, desk and a sitting area, the master bath has Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a desk, and its own full bathroom. The living room has a pull out sofa bed and there is a third full bathroom with shower adjoining this living room allowing everyone to have their own full bathroom. There are cable flat screen TVs and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a DVD and stereo in the living room, and DVD player in the master bedroom. Private WIFI installed for exclusive use by guests of villa 1306 as well as FREE resort WIFI at the pool and all other resort areas. This condominium complex is operated like a 5-star resort with expert and courteous concierge staff. They will take care of all the details and all of your needs, from check-in to check-out. They will arrange transportation, restaurant reservations and such. There is activities specialist on site to give expert advice and discounted reservations for variety of activities in the area. There is onsite grocery and Costco or Walmart within 5-min drive (shuttle available). If you just want to stay on the resort, there are 7 restaurants and several bars on site.
