The condo is very spacious, having 2 bedrooms (with Queen sized beds) and 2 bathrooms (with marble countertops), over 1000 sq ft with a full kitchen (with granite countertops), and living room with sofabed. AC cooled in each bedroom and living room. Very conveniently located right at the marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas (adjacent to Tesoro Hotel and Plaza Nautica), within walking distance of every major attraction including swimming with the dolphins at Cabo Dolphins, the luxury shopping mall Puerto Paraiso, the fantastic Medano beach, and the best clubs. In the Tesoro Resort mall and on the immediate adjacent marina boardwalk you can arrange for all kinds of water activities, including snorkelling, scuba, parasailing, submarining, water skiing, and fishing charters, all of which can depart within two minutes from the condo. Magical, mesmerizing Los Cabos, where the Pacific crashes into the Sea of Cortés at Land’s End “El Arco” while the party goes on. Following your arrival at the San Jose del Cabo airport (SJD), you can take a 45 minute shuttle van ride through or past San Jose del Cabo, then along the Cabo corridor and down to Cabo San Lucas. This whole area is referred to as Los Cabos, but at our condo you are squarely in the center of all the action at the Tesoro Hotel complex in which our condo is located and where those in the know flock to bask in the sun and have some serious Mexican fun. Nicely appointed This place was in a great location central to everything. Lots of restaurants lots of shops lots of things to do by just walking close by. It’s nicely appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The only negative thing was the noise at night. There’s a karaoke bar at the end of the street that is so loud it booms through the windows. If you’re a light sleeper or go to bed before too bring some earplugs. Jim and Patricia's condo was just perfect: the Wyndham hotel has a great location and great commodities. Jim seemed worried since we were a group of youngins, but finally trusted us and we actually took good care of his place. Also the property caretaker, Anna, was real nice and helpful. The payment and refund of the deposit went quite smoothly. We had no car but needed no taxis, everything was just a walk away (Clubs, restaurants, mall, etc). This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 6/10 Okay #### Joey C. 20 Jul 2017 #### Initially liked the property because of the value but turned out to be more trouble than it's worth When I booked the property I thought it was a fantastic deal: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, air conditioner, sofa bed, wi-fi, balcony and literally 10 steps from marina. Finding the place was easy, Jim Thatcher gave excellent directions prior to arrival along with notes on where to find groceries, how to set up Wi-Fi, etc... and how to contact the property manager, Ana Chong, which I will get to later. Little shower bottles were abundant, plenty of bed sheets, and it felt just like home. At first everything seemed to be fine, except for a few issues such as a shower rack that was loose, stains on mirror, and a loose door knob that slipped off often. Minor issues, but was still planning on giving this place 5 stars. The trouble started the second day when an A/C inside one of the rooms (separate from central A/C because it didn't reach one of the rooms) began leaking condensate inside the bedroom. We had to keep it on low and used pots to collect the water but was leaking so bad that we almost couldn't use it. We told Ana, the property manager, but she seemed not to care. On the 5th day it stopped leaking somehow and we were able to use it. Also, the A/C was not strong enough in the other bedroom and my partner and I sweated at night which made it hard to sleep. One of the bathroom toilet's water tank filled up so slowly that it could only be flushed once per hour. The Wi-Fi also went out periodically. I don't watch TV but the signal went weak at times. If this were all, then I would still give 4 stars, however, I am inclined to disclose that I believe there were bed bugs on the property. We found little bugs which I wanted to believe were baby ants, but several of us woke up with bites and we were quite itchy in bed at night. The final night I confirmed the bed bugs because I could feel them crawling on me for about an hour or so and I felt helpless but to ignore them and try to catch some sleep before the flight. Overall, I believe this is a great property that needs to be worked on. Ana, the property manager, did not check up on us once, but she did have great deals for activities. I have mixed feelings about this property, but probably would not stay here again in its current condition. ##### Joey C.
