Nestled in the hills of the sought after "pacific side" of Pedregal in a quiet area of exclusive homes where the crashing surf can be heard reaching the rocks and sand below. Casa Santos has been meticulously designed by an award winning architect to embrace the views through the picturesque clifftop park adjacent the villa boasting majestic date palms, bronze whale sculptures, fountains, and reflection pools. Commisioned by the owners specifically for the comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment of vacationers, this striking villa features 5 luxury King Bedroom Suites with full ensuite bathrooms featuring unlimited hot water showers. Each of the individually climate controlled suites has access to a private cantera stone terrace balcony, or a ground floor patio set into the desert landscaping of cactus, dry grasses, and agaves surrounding the villa. "In suite" massage therapy is very popular and is available upon request. It was modern, clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was on point with communication, but the Concierge Alan was terrible and took days of no communication before the host would have to press on the concierge to answer basic questions leading up to the get away. Onsite, it was mildly better, but still big gaps in communication, details and response time. On the day of checkout the cleaning crew arrived at 9 am and watched everyone eat and prepare for an 11 am checkout. This was also very poorly organized as nobody wants people standing around looking at them as they are trying to eat and checkout. The clean up crew should have come after the 11 am checkout which was not a good way to end the vacation. ##### Judy K. What can I say about this AMAZING Property but more importantly the hospitality team that literally catered to us our entire time! Alan, Alejandro, Mercedes, Katya, Jorge, Gabriella are ALL ROCKSTARS!! We were absolutely spoiled by these guys the entire time!! Case in point, I had sent a recipe for a Papaya Juice from the airport as we were leaving and when we arrived in the evening; Alejandro already had it made ready for us! Unbelievable! Mercedes was our Butler / Bartender and what a joy it was to have him with us the entire time! He always made sure we had a drink in hand. Whether it be coffee or a cocktail, he had us covered! Katya and Jorge were our chefs and OMG! Every request we had prior to our trip and during was carefully catered and all of our dishes were made with love!! And it showed! Gabriella handled the maid service and she was there at 7am daily to make sure the house was always spotless! Last but not least - Alan and Alejandro! These 2 are the dream team handling all the logistics and communication with them was excellent! Everyday Alejandro and or Alan were there to make sure all things went to plan. But the highlight was my Wifes Birthday Dinner. To say they ran that dinner like a French Brigade at a 5 star restaurant is an understatement! It was absolutely incredible how much they took care of us! At this point, we wouldn't want any other team with us ever moving forward! Now for the house, PERFECT!!
