Come be our guest and see the beauty that we found in the Mexican Baja. It is truly a Mexican hacienda with hand-crafted furniture and all the comforts of home that we want all of our guests to enjoy. This condo is located on the Sea of Cortez and a 5-minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Comfort and privacy await you on this corner unit with a large wrap-around patio overlooking both the resort pool and the Sea of Cortez. The resort offers 2 beaches: Monument Beach which is for the experienced surfer and Cabo Bello Beach is ideal for snorkeling, picking up sea treasures, sunbathing, relaxing, and feeding the fish which will eat right out of your hand just bring some bread. Our building offers a very large pool that overlooks the ocean, cruise ships, and yachts. See the sunrise over the ocean or listen to the waves at night from the comfort of your bed. Your condo includes 3 55-inch Smart TV’s and high-speed WIFI. Our condo has everything to make your vacation perfect, we have 4 Tommy Bahama Chairs, 2 umbrellas for the beach, a beach bag, towels, and a cooler to put your drinks in. An over-size balcony allows you to relax with a coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, enjoy cocktails for happy hour, and keep an eye on friends at the pool. Our condo has 2 master suites with king-size sleep number beds and comfortable pillows. We have 2 full-size bathrooms with large walk-in showers, a full-size washer & dryer, and 3 mini split air conditioners. The separate living area has a leather couch, chair, and a 6-person dining room table. Included in the kitchen is a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven equipped with an air fryer, coffee maker, ninja blender, toaster, cooking utensils, flatware, hand-blown Mexican glassware, and fiesta ware for dining. The cold water in the sink & refrigerator is filtered, and there is also on-demand hot water. You will want to dine outside on the large patio table and enjoy the spectacular views. The patio can be accessed from either the living room or the bedroom. And, if you are an amateur chef, the condo is equipped with many spices, utensils, and cookware you would need for trying your hand at new "Mexican" recipes! As our "guest," you will have access to our pool and a designated parking stall for the unit. The TVs are smart TV’s so they are connected to WIFI so you can enjoy your streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.). We do have a Cabo TV app subscription that does give you access to many tv and movie channels. There are 2 restaurants you can walk to, Jazz on the Rocks and Sunset Mona Lisa, they do require reservations if you choose to eat there. There is an on-site convenience store that is open daily from 8 am-8 pm. They have fresh fruits, wine, beer, spirits, ice, and basic food. We now have a poolside bar and restaurant, Monuments Bar & Grill, where guests can enjoy food and drinks while taking in the beautiful views overlooking Monuments Beach. This feature contributes to a virtually all-inclusive experience for our guests/residents. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll be happy to provide you with additional information, including the menu. Absolutely NO PETS! No Smoking/Vaping 2 nights minimum, 14 days maximum. This was perfect. We went in February and never used the AC because there is a consistent sea breeze throughout the condo. View of the water in every room — saw whales from the dining room. Loved the fact that there were two primary bedrooms with en suites and Select Comfort beds. It is important to be aware that the pool for this building does not have any loungers, chairs, tables. So unless you want to sit in the little beach chairs that are provided on the cement around the pool, you need to go to the beach. The pool and bar at the neighboring building does not allow residents of this building because it is a different HOA. You will be kicked out. No problem for us. The property manager set us up with a great driver for transportation to and from the airport. Two restaurants and The Cape Resort were within 5 min walks. The unit had everything including on-site water purification. Buying groceries was no problem. The main grocery store was 2 miles away next to Home Depot and a small grocery was located at the entrance of the community. The beach chairs/ umbrella and snorkel gear were a great touch for sun and fun activity. We stopped in at the pool side restaurant for some tasty burgers and tacos. However the building and grounds are falling apart. The owners of this building opted to not go with the HOA and it shows. There are other buildings on the property and they are in awesome condition. However, don’t talk to the residents. They are very rude and definitely have issues with the owners of the building that we stayed in. The pools for this building are not heated. One of the pools was actually green with algae. The pool bar was not in operation. The water was so cold that you couldn’t swim in it. Now the real issues. The noise is horrid. Construction workers working until 11pm. The roof bar across the way was so loud you could not sleep. The jazz bar was competing with the roof top bar. The last three nights there the upstairs neighbors were partying until 6am. Strict rules for condo stated no noise after 10 but that’s when the noise started. Safety was an issue. The door in second bedroom was broken. I was able to lock it but the handle was falling off the door. I had a man deliver my missing luggage at 1:45 am. He just walked to my door. The security guards allowed him into our building with no questions. The apartment was clean but there was not enough toilet paper for our visit. Also there were not garbage bags in the condo. The second bedroom has no dressers or storage space. The primary bedroom was nice. There was food in the fridge when we arrived. Would never return to this condo. ##### Rita G.
