Gorgeous views, comfortable condo, very secure, great amenities. There were some minor irritations: the stove and dishwasher were not securely installed, the hot tubs don’t work, the fire pit doesn’t work, and we needed help with the grill. The pools, bars, and mini store are very convenient, but very expensive. If you’re not familiar with Cabo San Lucas…don’t rely on cell phone GPS. Multiple family members had trouble getting back to the condo, we kept getting routed to other parts of the city, some not so nice. The stay came with multiple sister resorts we had access to, all gorgeous, all expensive. All said we had a great vacation and I would gladly stay here again. ##### Bob P. Just be aware that a few items are in the process of being repaired. The rooftop jacuzzi and fire pit are not operational at the present time. If you have a large group which you probably do when renting a 5 bedroom unit, also know that the hot water isn’t very hot. Most of us had cool or luke warm showers all week at best. On the positive however this is a very spacious unit with phenomenal views and pretty much all the things you need to have a great family trip. It’s very safe, nicely furnished, and has a fantastic layout. We had a wonderful week as a family. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was leaking water. A sink in both master was running slow when draining. The last one was the noisy mattress. It was well laid out for a large family or a BOGO (boys only golf outing). The rooms are well appointed and large closets throughout. The condo was what we were expecting and as advertised. We used the owner's concierge to book events for savings. Some of our group golfed at Quivira and enjoyed the savings offered. We were four couples in our 70s. Five bedrooms with 3 bathrooms inside 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom just outside a bedroom. The dining area and living rooms were very spacious. Hot tub on a beautiful balcony looking out at ocean. Then, walk upstairs to rooftop and we had huge area with seating, bbq and hot tub. We stopped at Costco to get dinners for two nights of BBQ. We had a rental car, do not speak Spanish, so it is much easier to find the Copala Towers and the room during daylight. Overlooked kids wading pool and adult infinity pool 6 stories down. You can drive to the big community center/pool. Every employee is very courteous and responsive. We had a little water leak in the toilet and someone showed up in 10 minutes to fix. They had a landline to call almost anywhere in the world no cost. Internet worked great. Arturo, the property manager was very easy to call on his cellphone at check in and check out. Included for our four night stay was TWO maid services. It was about a 6 minute drive to the Pueblo Bonito Sunset main resort and pools and their restaurants. It took about 12 minutes to drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas with our GPS. The place was immaculate and we had a great time. ##### Kelly G. We each had our own bed and bathroom and had plenty of room to spare. Location was quite and perfectly manicured/maintained and located within the beautiful property/community of Pueblo Bonito Sunset. The views are second to none with endless views of Ocean, golf course, and community. Two hot tubs for this condo. One on the main patio and one on the rooftop. This condo has everything you need for your trip. Access to the rooftop is an added bonus to this condo. Both Daren and Arturo (property manager) were great to deal with and always replied to our inquires before and during our stay. The main reason we stayed at this location is because of the Quivira Golf Course. You have to stay at one of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts or live within this community to play at this golf course. If you're a golfer this golf course is a top 100 golf course in the world and is a must play course while in Cabo. Take advantage of the discounted rate this owner provides you, for the $100 round/golfer we paid was almost disrespectful to the course ;) ##### Brian F. Comfortable for my husband’s surprise bday trip with our 4 adult children/2 spouses...8 people total. Plenty of pools, restaurants...just a walk or a quick shuttle ride away. Stayed 7 nights in Dec 2018 Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Robert C. 9 May 2018 #### This property is just as they say, large enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably We took our 3 adult children and families away in celebration of my 60th birthday (7 adults, 1 - 14 month old and a 3 and 5 yr old). The property manager, Arturo was most helpful in answering our questions about the property ahead of time and in a very timely manner and upon our arrival, we met Arturo once but mostly dealt with Milton who works alongside him and is very accommodating. We travelled from Canada, had booked a shuttle van from airport to condo to drop bags and most off while a few of us went to Costco and Walmart for our groceries for the 10 days. If you are doing this know that there is a market where you can go to feed hungry children so Mothers are not distraught while waiting for the much needed groceries for little mouths. It is at the Sunset Bonita resort, pizza, ice cream and there was a lot more there too - you will need to take the shuttle which you arrange thru either Milton or Arturo. Also, we confirmed twice that there was going to be a playpen onsite for the baby when we arrived, it again was asked for and was delivered then in short time but not before baby and Mama were stressed. The shuttle service is confusing along with how the bus works to take people at the resort downtown to the Rose or Blanca hotels on the beach. There are a lot of people at the other hotels in the resort which also use the bus down to the beaches downtown so the trick is to think ahead at least a day and coordinate everything with Milton/Arturo who seem to have an upper hand when you want a seat on the bus. Text them and tell them how many people and the time you want to go and he will arrange the shuttle to take you to the market, where you catch the bus, and get you tickets for the bus as well. Be there ahead of time and go to the bus stand and get your tickets and wait in line for the bus. When you get downtown, know when you want to go back to the resort and reserve your time with the fellow there. They will also arrange tours of any kind - just ask them as they are there to make your stay a great one. You can get food and drinks at the main pool (in picture)but you have to start a portfolio account in order to do that. There are 4 pools within 2 minutes walk from the condo and are each beautiful and not busy. A beautiful place but is in construction phase. Rooftop is great but was too windy to use. The view and deck is beautiful, the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Would rent again with friends. Thx! ##### Robert C. But we had no hot water.they made alternate arrangement.over all ok We had trouble with hot water.we have to go one floor down to another condo.they tried to fix it and couldn’t.
