This magnificent veranda has three elegantly ornamented bedrooms, a convenient bunk room that sleeps two, three spacious bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The residence features its own private pool and expansive ocean views. It is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community, a short distance from Cabo San Lucas’ main attractions.  
  
The master bedroom has direct access to the veranda’s outdoor area, and its luxury bathroom is furnished with a majestic jacuzzi, a spacious stone and talavera tile shower, and dual vanities. The master bedroom also has an ample walk-in closet.   
  
The veranda’s second and third bedrooms are likewise ample and elegant, and include luxurious bathrooms. They are open to private balconies with soothing views. The first of these bedrooms has a king-size bed, while the latter has a queen size bed.  
  
Professionally furnished and decorated, the residence transitions seamlessly from its interior area to its exterior area. Wall-to-wall pocket doors disappear to merge the great room with the pool area, creating a single, harmonious indoor-outdoor space. The veranda’s outdoor area boasts a soothing private pool with a jacuzzi, as well as dining and lounging areas ideal for ocean-breeze-infused cocktails and meals.   
  
The property’s gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Upon request, the kitchen can be stocked with groceries and other items pre-arrival. Immediately adjacent to the kitchen, there is a granite island for an early cup of coffee. Following the island, there is a spacious table for eight diners, and, lastly, the residence's great room has a commodious, ocean-facing indoor living area.   
  
The separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer.

This stately property is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community within walking distance of Cabo San Lucas’ lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants. The atmosphere inside Hacienda is of a small, serene European-style village, featuring hand-hewn stone ledger, Mexican cantera stone, dark wood accents, and authentic wrought iron detailing.   
  
Hacienda incorporates elements of the original 1960s Hacienda Hotel, a favorite destination of John Wayne, The Rat Pack, and other celebrities.   
  
This gated community has direct access to the incomparably beautiful Medano Beach and features a unique beach club with two infinity edge pools, a top-rated restaurant, Cocina y Cantina, and a fully-equipped beach activities center for kayaking or paddleboarding.

Great place for us, our 3 high school/ college age kids and my parents age 77 and 80\. The pool was a nice temp and the adults used it a lot. Kids were at the hotel pool or the beach and didn’t use the little pool at all. Good location and easy walk to nice restaurants. Host was awesome.
