I was charged the deposit and not returned .. instead they recharged it again 5 days later ..

Rincon Beach Resort
Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist.
